If I could give this location, "NO STARS", I would. From start to finish, this visit was one of the "WORST"experiences we have ever had at any "Popeyes" location. It took almost 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The lady attempting to take our order only spoke Spanish and didn't understand what we were saying. We had to keep repeating our order over and over again. We ordered 4 of the "Wicked Surf N' Turf" specials(Shrimp/Chicken Tenders), sides of Cajun Rice, Biscuits, and 4 Sprites. It appeared that our order was correct. However, when we opened up our boxes, we realized that it was not what we ordered after all. We only received 2 small chicken tenders(less than 3" long), about 5 extra small shrimp that were hard and overcooked, very hard biscuits, and very little rice. We have visited other locations before and received better food and way better service. The manager had no mask on in the midst of the pandemic, there was a little girl running all over the place with no mask by the drive thru window(busy kitchen), the worst of all the only solution they could come up with when we went to get a refund was one little measly extra chicken tender. The same lady that took our order and the manager argued that the amount that we received was indeed what we paid for. Their attitudes were completely uncalled for. We returned everything. We will not return to this location. I have everything on video! This is a complete and utter outrage! No customer should be treated in this disrespectful manner! We have been eating at this establishment for many years,...

Bojangles in North Carolina is better.

Hell I call Bojangles the knock off Popeyes but honestly the knock off is WAY better than the original.

Don't get me wrong Popeyes food is ok but Bojangles is better.

At least the service at Bojangles in North Carolina is WAY better than at this location. Hell the many Popeyes in North Carolina probably have better service than this one.

Which is not really surprising honestly.

Honestly after a few tries I have come to the conclusion that while Bojangles is definitely better than Popeyes.

The service I've been receiving lately has been mixed really. It really depends on the time of day and the day and who's working.

Plus something I read on these reviews numerous times and I've noticed is that these employees at Popeyes really do cook everything in the same grease and I can count on my fingers the numerous times I've felt sick after eating Popeyes food. Compared to the numerous times I've eaten Bojangles in North Carolina and have not felt sick after eating their chicken. Coincidence?

Bojangles is better!! North Carolina is better too!! A...

This location is absolutely awful. We went thru the drive thru. First there was 3 different ppl talking to me thru the drive thru all of which were rushing me after o said I needed a second to get my order together. Then they messed my whole order up. I asked for 2 orders of wings 2 different flavors and only got one order and it was the wrong flavor. When I told them that they lady at the window began to talk trash in Spanish while taking the wings back. They literally threw the BBQ sauce on top of the sweet chili wings they gave me and was aggressive with handing it back then as I was reaching for the other order of wings and tried to ask for my sauce she closed the window in my face. They also gave me the wrong side for my meal. I asked for mashed potatoes they gave me fries then asked for them back before they would give me my mashed potatoes. They're was hair in my sons food too smh. They were so rude after messing up our entire order. I will never go to this location again. Do...

DEAF DISCRIMINATION ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I am a Black Deaf woman, and I recently visited this Popeyes location to order food through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The employees refused to accept my written order on my iPhone notes and kept speaking to me, even though it was clear that I am Deaf. They showed no understanding of how to communicate with someone who cannot hear or lip-read. Instead of accommodating me, they called a security guard, who also spoke to me as if I could hear. This lack of training and awareness is unacceptable. I even informed them that denying me access to order through the drive-thru is a violation of the ADA law. They repeatedly told me to come inside to place my order, and when I declined, they called the police on me. This behavior was appalling and discriminatory. I would like management or corporate to take action to ensure the staff receives proper training on how to interact respectfully with Deaf or hard-of-hearing customers.

Orleans and Broadway worse popeye's to ever eat at, receive chicken on 2 occasions. 2nd occasion turn out to be a real disaster, the manager started yelling at me and argue with me about the chicken being fresh, it was bad chicken tasted like and smelt like it had been cooked days ago. I have yet to receive a call from corporate said they will call me never happen. Some manager named "Put in T'ang" yeld at me saying he would have me locked up for posting this. I work with the public, So definitely tell everybody to never eat this POPEYES. PS...RATS in the kitchen playing.

I’m out here at John Hopkins hospital and I went to stop and buy food. Service was horrible. The cashier I had he was a African American looking guy and was very hostile and impatient. I ordered 2 of the same meals a 2 piece meal (1 drum, 1 wing) one with coleslaw one with Mac n cheese. They wasn’t as helpful as I imagine. My food wasn’t closed properly. Wouldn’t come here again
