Our Story

Started in October 2020, Kitsch serves iconic breakfast and lunch sandwiches with La Colombe coffee. Our original location on West University is our pride and joy: 400-square-feet, vibrantly colorful, minimal seating and parking. If you’re looking for a hole-in-the-wall experience, this little gem is sure to top the list of charming places. Our tiny cafe is the heart of our community and serves as a fantastic meeting place for young and old alike.

This place is quickly becoming one of my favorite coffee spots. It’s a short walk from work and good excuse to get out of the office for a bit. I usually get some variation of espresso and have loved every one I’ve ordered so far. The food is delicious and made fresh. Finally, the service is excellent. When they aren’t too busy the baristas are always happy to have a friendly conversation. They make great recommendations and make you feel welcome. This cafe is my go-to spot for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee in the morning. (I have been to this location at least 20 times.) Service is quick, efficient, and friendly.

The sandwiches are delicious - buttery, brioche with a nice chew and various option enjoy a lot (Big Double, Cuban, Steak and Mushroom). They're always sauced to perfection with Gochu-Mayo or dijonaise.
