Mickey's: A Quirky Gem with Delicious Eats and Down-to-Earth Charm Stepping into Mickey's, you're immediately struck by an atmosphere that's both "down to earth" and wonderfully unique. This isn't your average eatery; the decor is truly "great," with standout details like cracked old record albums cleverly integrated into their menus – a brilliant touch that hints at the restaurant's creative spirit. Vincent, you hit the nail on the head when you said it feels like the "perfect place for a date night," offering a cozy yet stimulating environment that encourages relaxed conversation. The service at Mickey's is just as "down to earth" as the ambiance, with what you charmingly described as a "kind of come and meet me vibe." The staff are approachable and friendly, making you feel instantly comfortable without being overbearing. It's clear they contribute to the restaurant's welcoming, unpretentious charm. The menu itself lives up to its promise of "interesting dishes with interesting names." On your first visit, a casual meal after work with a fellow electrician, you savored "The Notorious P.I.G." a "delicious smoked pulled pork sandwich" that boasted "great presentation." While the exact toppings were a delightful blur, the rich, smoky flavors of the pulled pork clearly left a lasting impression. Your second visit brought more culinary adventures. The "Fish Fillet" was a standout, arriving "perfectly crispy and moist on the inside" – a testament to expert preparation. But perhaps the most surprising and delightful dish was the "Pickled Chips." You declared them "way better than everyone else's" for a simple, yet crucial reason: "they don't try to stuff so much pickle in them." This perfect balance ensures a delightful tang and crispness without overwhelming the palate, making them addictively unique. And let's talk value: "amazing" is the word, as your first order, including food, drink, and tips, came in under $30! This level of affordability for such a unique and high-quality dining experience is truly commendable and makes Mickey's an even more attractive destination. In summary, Mickey's is a fantastic find for anyone seeking a memorable meal without pretension. With its inventive dishes, unique "down to earth" decor, friendly service, and exceptional value, it's a place that consistently delivers on its promise of an interesting and enjoyable dining experience. It's certainly a place worth...

i hate leaving bad reviews but maybe they’ll improve from this, was really looking forward to trying this spot as the reviews are great and it’s right down the street. incredibly disappointing pizza. it didn’t look anything like these pictures posted on here, they definitely changed something and it went very wrong. the dough was super pale and cardboard like, zero puffy charred crust like you want from fire oven pizza.. i could see that the fire in the oven was not NEARLY as big of a flame as it should be. the sauce was not very good, bitter and overly seasoned. we got the margarita, it definitely needed more toppings as there were like 6 lil blobs of mozz and a sprinkle of basil. the caesar salad was really yummy though! i’m really hoping they improve cus im...

For a new place it seems like what they are doing is working. Place feels like it is always busy eclach time I've come to try. Got lucky tonight and was able to stop in. We had 2 beers, the OG smash burger and the Al pastor pizza. Burger was really tasty and the pickles were perfectly crunchy! Pizza wasn't my taste but my husband like it. The crust tho is definitely my jam. Good taste and texture. Place is clean, well decorated, and the staff are really nice. Handicap accessible as far as I've seen (didnt check out the bathrooms). Food couldn't have been bad... look at those clean plates.

Only suggestion is wear a sweatshirt as the outsidedoor is pretty close to the tables. We came on a day...

Great spot on Harford Road. More of a pub/bar that serves food than it is a traditional restaurant. Seat yourself and order at the bar when you’re ready. I could probably live without their fries, but their smash burger is bangin’. Nice vibe in here on weekday evening; they have some unorthodox hours in terms of off-days, but to each their own. Looks like they have a stage too; not sure if they have open mic or shows from time to time, but they certainly have the setting and the jive for it. Good crowd of folks, maybe a bit pricey — but well worth an occasion. Overall: ★★★★★

This place just opened up on Harford Road in Hamilton neighborhood a couple weeks ago. It was full of people, and had a lively and upbeat environment. The management and staff were very friendly. You order your food at the bar currently. It's a small space but has a bar and they've tightly fitted a bunch of tables in there...it's cozy. The pizza was really good...no flop, nice crust and very tasty. The chicken nachos were yummy too. I am really happy they opened and will definitely go back and try other menu items...and more pizza.
