This was my first "eat-in" experience with Quickway. I have previously ordered for delivery that came from a different location. My kiddo and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant had only been open for about an hour. The decor is lacking here, it is very underwhelming and the booths seem that they might have been built in a high school shop class. The trash cans are out and exposed and the windows and doors were filthy. The service was pretty good and very very quick. The prices are decent and the servings are humongous. My kiddo just ate sushi, and the tuna rolls were only $6, she thought they were great. I ordered a chicken bento box that was really surprising in its size and variety. Chicken, noodles, vegetables, sushi, dumplings and spring rolls all for about $11. The food tasted really good. I guess I can take the shoddy/lacking decor for some really good and well priced food. Just clean the windows, please.

Quick Way Japanese Hibachi: Big Portions, but a Major Service Problem** Quick Way serves up generous portions, but unfortunately, the dining experience is overshadowed by the customer service—or lack thereof. The cashier sets the tone for your visit, and it’s anything but welcoming. Unfriendly, unengaging, and dismissive, they make ordering feel more like a chore than a restaurant experience. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the first interaction leaves a bad taste in your mouth. A business is only as strong as its customer service, and Quick Way’s choice to keep someone so disengaged in a front-facing role is a clear misstep. No matter how filling the portions may be, that kind of service puts a damper on the whole experience.

USED BANDAID IN MY FOOD. I ordered through google pickup (door dash through google) and sadly google has a terrible get help link that cannot get me in contact with anyone through door dash/ google, except to call the store. They were very unclear on if I am able to get a refund, and not helpful in any other sense. I will not be returning as this is unacceptable. Bad customer service on google and quick ways part.

I must REPORT the to young woman working there today at 12-6pm. Little girls is very rude , called me brah, im not your bra. Shout out to the Asian dude for intervening the situation, she was playing with my card saying the transactions wasn’t going thru, soon as the Asian dude gets besides here it all of Sudden works. The girls then began to talk trash about me in Spanish. I recommend you fire both woman, I may just sue for harassment. They don’t even speak English proper and I get the energy that they are immigrants that have gotten comfy in America. They need to be disciplined at minimum. They are not the best...
