The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. After giving this one so many chances to get the order right or have high hopes that my drink will actually be made on time, I am done and will now be going out of my way to the other store down the street. The Service is SO SLOW!!! Every time I’m here my drink is NEVER ready on time, even when ordering 15-20 minutes before I expect to be there since I know it will take forever. I always order ahead and still have to come in and wait, which never happens at ANY other Starbucks that I know in the surrounding area (Boston st and Southside mkt). I have already been late to work a few times due to waiting even when ordering ahead appropriately. I’m tired of waiting more than 10 minutes for something I preordered 15 mins prior. It is in a prime location for my commute and it is unfortunate this is happening. The associates are very rude in the evening when taking orders at the drive through and make you wait at the speaker when NO one is in line. When ordering from the app, the store is often out of MULTPLE INGREDIENTS.The non-dairy milk types especially, which you would think would be essential in making drinks in a coffee store, but also specialty flavors. The last and final time I was there (yesterday) I ordered a venti pistach crm cold brew and the associate hands me venti cup with an empty 2 inches of room at the top (they hadn’t even put the cream on top!?). At least the associate apologized and said "oh I'll make it real quick" which unfortunately had me waiting 15 more minutes AGAIN and they then said they didn't have an ingredient (big surprise). She hands the drink back with half the amount of "foam" (more like thicker milk which easily mixed down into my drink- it was more like coffee creamer) on top. The foam is honestly the reason why customers order this drink. I was nearly almost late for work at this point and could not continue to wait for a whole new drink which they didnt have correct foam made for anyways. The only reason this Starbucks didn’t received 0 stars is for it’s prime location convenience. From someone who has worked in resturant/customer service for many years: Drink training needs to be done, inventory and ordering needs to be done, and maybe a whole new employee crew who have the urgency and love for timely...
Read moreI am a regular customer at the Starbucks Brewers Hill location, but my most recent visit left me very disappointed. I ordered the same simple drink I always do — a cold brew with light ice and a splash of cream. When the barista handed me the drink, it was filled with more than half ice. I politely mentioned, “I ordered light ice.” Instead of remaking it, she immediately said, “This is light ice,” then, while laughing, dumped out the drink. When I responded, “Yes, then fill it back up,” she continued laughing for over a minute while remaking it, and then attempted to lecture me about what “light ice” means rather than just correcting the order.
At that point, I already felt uncomfortable from being laughed at in front of the store, but as we walked out, she actually yelled at us, accusing us of being rude — despite the fact that we had simply asked for the drink as ordered. It’s astonishing that an employee who was dismissive and unprofessional from the beginning felt it was acceptable to yell at a customer.

FOR THE THIRD TIME THIS MONTH I ORDER A CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH WITH EXTRA CARAMEL AND I RECEIVED A REGULAR CARAMEL FRAPPUCCINO. I stop by this store at least 3 times A WEEK AND ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING!!!! THEY NEVER HAVE STRAWS!!! WHEN I PAY FOR EXTRA CARAMEL I NEVER EVER GET THAT( AND I KNOW BECAUSE I LITERALLY USE TO WORK FOR STARBUCKS WHICH IS HOW I GOT ADDICTED TO THE FRAPPUCCINO) AND NOW I AM NOT EVEN GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR? Nooo. I don’t know if you have new employees or something but this store is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND I AM PRETTY SURE I WONT BE BACK EVER!
