If you are looking for your new favorite KBBQ restaurant, look no further. I first went with a group of friends during their soft opening week, and have become a regular these past few weeks. Every time I go, I am met with fantastic service, top quality meats, and flavorful side dishes and soups. Most importantly, and I cannot stress this enough; the quality of the meat is unmatched. As a native Korean living in the US, I have grown accustomed to the mediocrity of many KBBQs in the DMV area, however Steak N Bone’s quality is on par with top KBBQs in Korea, which was an extremely welcome surprise especially given the decent price point. The giant bone in rib (우대갈비), fresh bone in rib (생갈비), marinated bone in rib (양념갈비) are my all time favorites, and I always find myself craving more. Cooked to tender perfection by the amazing servers, it is a must try if you come in! The egg soufflé and soups pairs wonderfully with the meats. I cannot wait until their liquor license comes out to complete the already perfect KBBQ experience. All the servers I have met were friendly, extremely helpful, and overall always made sure we had a great time. The ambience is very nice, both for a night out with friends, or a date night. Location just near the heart of Canton is perfect if you want to take walk around the area, or grab a quick drink after.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at K BBQ, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant offers a wide variety of meats, and I made sure to try them all – from cotsal and galbi to pork. Each type of meat was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and tenderness. The cotsal, a marinated short rib, was incredibly juicy and had a rich, savory taste that left me wanting more. The galbi was equally impressive with its tender and smoky flavor profile. The pork options were also fantastic, offering a delightful mix of textures and tastes. What truly stood out was the quality of the ingredients. Every bite was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to using fresh, high-quality meats. The side dishes, or banchan, complemented the main courses perfectly, adding a variety of flavors and textures to the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this restaurnt is a must-visit for anyone who loves Korean barbecue. The combination of excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a standout choice. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings!

Like a few other reviews, I was super excited to see this spot was opening. Saw their posting on Insta for the soft opening and specifically planned to come on the 13th with some friends. Things were a bit hectic but that’s the point of a soft opening so no big deal. Food was great and the restaurant is really nice. When the check came I noticed they didn’t give the 20% discount pointed out in their flyer. I ask the waitress and she explained that it ended on the 12th. I showed her the post from Insta showing it specifically shows the 13th. She said she would ask the manager, the manager said tough luck. I think it’s totally unacceptable for a business to not honor their own postings. I would understand not giving the 20% discount to those who don’t ask and didn’t see the posting, but when someone asks about it and says it’s the only reason they came, you should honor it. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Steakn’bone.

If you’ve not been, GO! We’ve been to other Korean BBQ restaurants and Steakn’bone has premium meats. It is fresh, flavorful, and decadent as well as offering large portions.

We ordered the for two option and it was MORE than enough! As complimentary you will receive glass noodles, broccoli, traditional and cumber kimchi, radish slices (wrap the meat in them), and a scallion salad. As our side choices we ordered the egg soufflé and the kimchi stew: this is served warm in a broth with tofu. The egg soufflé is the perfectly cooked egg scramble with an appropriate amount of cheese settled in the center; it’s incredible.

Our meat choices were the bulgogi ribeye, the spicy chicken, pork galbi pork rib, and the jumoolok _marinated fresh boneless short rib. The jumoolok and the bulgogi were top tier! The flavors were impeccable and the meat was clean. Pair any of the meats with the soy paste or the sweet sauce provided and it takes the flavor to the next level.

Lastly, all staff members we had the pleasure of interacting with were attentive, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and phenomenal. Ask questions, they will have an answer as well as a listening ear. They are truly there to ensure you have a good experience and want you to enjoy the food as much as they do.

We will be going back and trying more dishes per the staff’s recommendations. Also they were just approved their liquor license and will be opening their bar soon (in case that has been...
