I've ordered from here FOUR different times. Had an issue with my food twice. This last time was 4/16/20. I ordered a Shrimp Burrito and a Chicken Burrito. The shrimp were tough, both burritos were barely warm and the rice was cold. I messaged someone through GH and they told me that TT3 told them that their food was made with the highest quality, burritos are cold, and they would not issue me a refund. GH couldn't do anything because they use their own delivery service and just use their platform. I've never had a cold burrito, not even from them, but yesterday those burritos being cold were acceptable. I also asked that the driver ring the bell and call me when he delivered the food(contactless option). He left my food, text me, and when I went to the door(at the time he text me) he was nowhere in site. I will give them this though, when they give you an ETA of when to expect your food, you'll get it at that time. If you're going to sit outside the store, order your food, and check it once you've picked it up, I'd say give it a go. I'd definitely never order from there...
Read moreI've been eating at Tijuana Tacos for probably 8+ years. Started at the one in Glen Burnie, then found the one in the city. Don't let the looks fool you. Yes, it looks shady, but, it's hands-down some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. The carne asada burrito is my go to. But, if you're super hungry, the platter will hit the spot. My boyfriend loves the lingua (not my thing). Their natural fruit drinks are FIRE! I'm kind of shocked at some of the reviews of this place. I've never had a bad experience. Does it look a little dirty? Yeah, kind of, but, I've never seen a bug (at least at the Baltimore location). Service is always friendly, and normally pretty quick. When it is slow, because they are busy, they are quick to give chip refills. My boyfriends family is from Ecuador, and even he said this is some of the best food he's had. I normal dine in, but, I've used Grubhub without issue probably 10 times in the lat 6 months. Seriously - go check the place out for yourself - you...
Read moreOrdered here for the first time this week. Ordered three items from the menu: 3 chicken tacos, chalupas, and a burrito. I was over charged for ALL THREE ITEMS. When I walked in with $40 cash, the cashier said "THE PRICE IS ON THE RECEIPT". Each item on the receipt was at least $2 more than the menu price. I figured maybe prices had just gone up since the menu was updated last. Did some internet investigating for their menus and prices. So, we called to ask the price of a burrito: $11.99. I explained that I was charged way more for my burrito and the person on the phone said "they could not understand". The food was good, but I feel very taken advantage of by this place. The reason I don't typically eat at local Hispanic restaurants is because I don't speak Spanish. I will not be going back. If you decide to patronize this restaurant, make sure you're being charged the price on the menu or you speak Spanish so that you can argue when...
