Urgent Complaint Regarding Disrespectful Treatment at Zeller's Pizza Dear Zeller’s Pizza Management, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the level of disrespect I encountered at your establishment this evening. What should have been a simple order pickup turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience due to a misunderstanding on your end. I placed my order through the Toast website, as I normally do, using my saved payment information. However, for some reason, the system processed the order as "pay in store" instead of charging my credit card. Upon arriving at the store, I showed the manager my order confirmation and inquired about available desserts. At no point was I given a bill or asked to pay before the manager retrieved my pizzas. Instead, after handing me my order, he walked away to assist what seemed to be his "preferred customers," leaving me without any indication that payment was still required. As I was driving home—30 minutes away—I received several calls from an unknown number. Upon returning the call, I was met with extreme rudeness and disrespect. Even after I explained the situation, the person on the line was condescending and dismissive. To make matters worse, the employee who originally served me then called back and proceeded to insult me, using derogatory language—including calling me "retarded"—and even had the audacity to threaten to call the police. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I did nothing wrong, yet I was treated with hostility simply because your staff mishandled the transaction. As a paying customer, I deserved the same level of respect and attention as anyone else in your establishment. I expect a formal apology for this mistreatment and an explanation of what steps will be taken to ensure no other customer experiences such blatant disrespect in the future. If this is the standard of service at Zeller’s Pizza, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere and share my experience accordingly. I look forward to your prompt...
Read moreSo im staying at the Renaissance, room service cut at like 10, and it was Zellas to the rescue.. Not only did they come thru during hard times. They came thru with great pizza! So good I have no picture, and wasn't even thinking to do a review, but here we are leaving a review.. I should be in bed... Anyway, I got the thin crust LG pie, with like 7 toppings, split between 2 sides, (they didnt mess it up, it was great) The crispy airbubble in the crust was the tipping point to this insanely long, review.. It was/is awesome, im still munchin. Oh I got banana pudding to but I didn't try that yet.. Should I?? I might eat another piece of pizza tho.. Anywho.. Great pizza, delivery driver was nice, the lil peperonis that get crispy brought me back, and im happy.. Full and happy...
Holy cow, the nanner (🍌) pudding is phenomenal, its definitely NOT premade pudding, i think they might make it🫡. They got something special here yall. I guess I can comment on the service to.. I was so stressed ordering on Uber eats, I forgot ranch and hot sauce, so I had to make the dreaded call.. The girl was SUPER nice and understanding , and while they DONT have hot sauce, she was apologetic and made sure they put my ranch in there.. I was was so ready for them to forget it, I went downstairs and bought a bottle anyway.. Looks like I'll be bringing ranch home as a souvenir.. Im done now......
Read moreI love the food at this place but unfortunately the service is HORRIBLE. Was in the area today so I placed an online order, got the order confirmation email telling me my food would be ready in about 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant 21 minutes later. Still hadn't gotten my email telling me that the food was ready but decided to go in. I have no clue what kind of event was going on there (searched around online extensively, couldn't find anything) but it was insanely busy. Took over 15 minutes of me standing literally at the end of the bar for any employees to even acknowledge my presence (couldn't actually get near the bar), much less inquire as to why I might be there. Then I was told repeatedly that my food was coming "right out." To me, "right out" certainly does NOT mean an additional 20 minutes or more of having to wait. At no point was I ever notified officially that there was any kind of delay. As if that isn't bad enough, when I finally got my food, part of the order wasn't even hot. While I have previously experienced long wait times here, this was beyond unreasonable and really NOT ok. As much as I love the food, this was my...
