Old Town Tap & Grill (Lloyd's) — Restaurant in Bandon

We go to Bandon every October for my birthday. This year (2020) was no different. I discovered Lloyds the year before and was so excited to return. The people in 2019 were friendly the food was Fantastic. This year was not the same AT ALL! We walk in, no one is in there but us. They had to clean a table for us to sit. The floors were dirty, there were dead flys in the windows. I ordered a simple burger and fries. The fries were edible the burger, not so much the burger patty was so thick I had to cut it with a knife to take a bite. It was at lease an inch smaller than the bun, the tomatoes and onions were cut at least a half inch thick. The meat had NO seasoning. The cook and waitress had friends come in for lunch and we had to listen to them gossip about other businesses in the community. I will NEVER return, I was disgusted with the place. Took 45 minutes for our food to come. When it came the food was soggy. The food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The turkey melt was greasy and tasted like it sat for too long. The French fries were covered in grease and completely soggy and gross. Waitress didn’t come check on us once. I asked for something other than fries due to them looking gross and she brought Tator tots. Problem was the tator tots tasted like they were cooked in the same grease and the grease was old. Left almost all our food because it was not edible and we STILL had to pay for it, and got no apologies. I will never go back there again. Worst restaurant experience I have ever dealt with. Waited over an hour for a table, when finally seated we waited for our food for over 45 minutes. We ordered the county breakfast and French toast. What I would consider very basic staples for breakfast, shouldn’t take almost an hour to make. The people who were seated after us, received their food first. The waitress even gave our food to a different table before realizing that wasn’t what they ordered. My French toast was super dry and the instant I put syrup on it, it got all mushy and fell apart.
