Zero interest in actually making things right or addressing issues, simply blames trolls and lives in a fantasy land (we all know this type of person). This makes the shopping experience VERY uncomfortable. They try to do it in an unnoticeable way - for example, by coming over and "straightening" or "dusting" the shelf behind you - but it IS noticeable and it makes me want to leave.
