Wow 2.6 out of 5 star review, and now i know why. My husband stopped by to place a carry out order tonight. We ordered two pizzas, alfredo pasta with tomatoes and black olives for our vegetarian daughter, and buffalo wings. When he got home and we opened the boxes the pasta was plain with marinara sauce and the wings weren't wings at all. Maybe they gave half our order to the guy that came in after us, placed an order, and received his food before us? I called to speak to a manager because hey these things happen. I spoke to Katie. I was placed on hold only to be told afterwards that the manager Dan wasn't in the store and would be back in a few minutes. I had to be placed on hold for that? Hmmmm? I said I would call back. I called back 15 minutes later only to be told by Katie that he was unavailable to take my call. I reminded her that I had called before and so her manager Dan would have had a heads up that i would be calling back. I wanted to place a complaint and a good manager would want to take my call. She told me he would not. I asked for the store owner's name, as I am sure that she, Deb Johnson, would want to know about the incredibly poor service I was recieving. This simple order mix up could have been rectified very quickly and easily but with the careless and rude way I was treated with cowardly avoidance I am now forced to voice my complaint publicly and take it further up the chain. I hope the franchise owner Deb Johnson takes a moment to reevaluate her choice of staff and teach them common respect for the paying customer. I will be contacting Domino's corporate very soon.
I had the WORST experience today, I ordered a pizza for my family, it was delivered to the wrong address, I called to the store, Luka answered the phone. He was so rude, he said I made a mistake so he will not do anything for me, I told him that I didn’t make any mistake because I ordered my pizza to my current address not to the old one, so maybe there was a problem in the website or something else, I asked him to send me a new one, I didn’t mind paying it again but he started to yell at me, insisting that I made a mistake so he can’t do anything for me, I got so mad because he was so rude so I told him that I needed my money back then I also asked him to talk to a manager because I paid for something that I didn’t get also he was aggressive with me, I love dominos, I haven’t experience any situation like that before. In the end he was racist he said my English sucks, I heard his accent he didn’t sound American neither but I respect him because no one deserves to be treated like that, it was hard to understand him when he talked because he had a strong accent so maybe that’s why he got so upset, but I never said anything bad to him, I just tried to solve the problem but he wasn’t helpful at all. He hung up the phone, leaving me talking alone. You have to do something with that person, he is not giving a good service to your customers, all my family loves dominos, I live in baraboo 7 years already and NOBODY has been rude like that guy, I never experienced anything like this, I’m really sad and angry because I’m just a customer who deserves to...
Read moreMy husband and I visited the Dominoes in Baraboo while we were on vacation. We placed an order for carryout online and attempted to use their pickup window. The online updates indicated that our order was ready, and it had already been paid for, but we still had to wait an additional 25 minutes after the order was finished and ready to be picked up because we were in a long line at their pickup window. We tried to go inside; the door was locked. We tried to call; they put us on hold. When we finally got to the window they didn't give us the drinks we had paid for and seemed surprised when we asked for them, and we had to ask for a bag to carry the extra bottles of soda we had ordered.
To top it all off, when we went to eat our food, we discovered a long, black hair baked into the cheese of our pizza. There was no way we were waiting another half hour to speak to someone at the restaurant itself, so we sent a message online.
