Subway — Restaurant in Barberton

I ordered a sandwich online for curbside carry out. I went to pick up my order and went through the drive through. The worker told me that curbside carry out usually park up front so I pulled to the front and parked. About a minute later the worker came out and was trying to wave for me to come inside to get it. I told her I had my baby and dog in the car and the whole reason I did curbside carry out was so that I wouldn’t have to get out of my vehicle. The worker finally brings my sandwich out and is acting upset that she had to do that. I told her online that it says someone would bring it out to your car (I even left a tip in the total for the worker as well)…she yelled at me and said that her manager inside stated they don’t do that anymore. If this was such a big deal then why couldn’t they just give me my order when I went through the drive through to begin with? So if you order curbside carry out online you still have to go inside to pick up your sandwich - lesson learned! I will not be giving this subway my business anymore after that unprofessional and...

After waiting in line for 30 minutes while on my lunch break, I finally had my order taken. At the cash register, I attempted to pay with a $50 bill, which is all I had. The rude manager refused to allow the cashier to accept my money which caused me to go without lunch. I was also 8 minutes late returning to my job because of the slow service. I must also question the cleanliness of this Subway since the sandwich dressing area had dead flies laying among the vegetables and a sticky, mold attracting mess around the drink area. This Subway, with their rude employees is a disgrace and I will never return. I will also highly recommend that my friends and co-workers never visit this...

My husband and I ate here today. The entire time we were placing our order, an employee who was leaving for the day talked over us loudly to the two employees behind the counter. We had to interrupt their conversation about their Dunkin order and who changed the paper towels to attempt to get our food. To their credit, one of the employees behind the counter attempted to ignore her to try to serve us. But she continued to talk so loudly that it was impossible to ignore her, let alone hear yourself think.
