I remember when you couldn’t even pull into Wendy’s drive-thru because it was always backed up to the road. This place used to be the place to go before everything started to fall apart. The food used to always be piping hot and fresh, and the service was surprisingly prompt whether you had several cars in front of you or not.
After over 30 years of living here and eating at this Wendy’s location I moved away and then moved back recently. Every time I drive by here there are barely any cars in the drive-thru and now that my significant other and myself have given it chance after chance, we know why.
Months ago we went into this location for dine-in and the floors were despicably dirty and service was slow. We took it back out to our vehicle and thankfully the food was fresh and pretty tasty.
Recently we’ve eaten here a few times and always come out disappointed, and after having read some of the reviews we will no longer be coming to this location unless it is for a frosty. The food is considerably old and is texturally old and tastes as such. It’s as if they cook everything in bulk at the beginning of the day and reheat it as needed. My S.O. and I both ordered a honey buddy chicken biscuit and added cheese to both (adding $1.26 to the total).
Both biscuits “mysteriously” came to us without cheese on either (so thanks for charging us for two measly slices of cheese and not giving it to us) and tasted like small renditions of the Tyson chicken patties you can get at Walmart. There was also no maple honey butter at all. The biscuits had likely been made earlier in the morning before breakfast (or the day before?!) because they were so dry they almost choked us both.
Something is absolutely always missing from our meal any more, and the quality is mediocre. This place used to be one of the best places to go for decent quality fast food in the area and now it’s a place I want to avoid.
I hope things change and go back to the way...
Read moreOrdered online, arrived to a vehicle in front of me at the ordering window. After a few minutes decided to go around since I had already placed and payed for my food.... No response, looked like no one was in the building but the lights were on. Next thing I know, the car that I pulled ahead of, pulled next to me and asked if they where open. He went ahead to the front and knocked on the window exclaimed that I had pre paid and asked if they were open or not. Out of nowhere, 3 individuals popped out. 2 of which looked like minors, both female and a guy at least 18. One of the minors asked my name on the order and went to make it with a disgruntled look on her face. I knocked on the window and the the guy"manager" answered evidently and I asked for my money back. I was utterly disgusted at the situation and will never give a second chance. The other guy felt the same as well. It was 7:30...
Read moreAbsolute worst Wendy's you will ever go to. Not only are the employees rude as hell, but usually by the time you get your food it's cold or you can tell it's just sat out for hours. Have literally never gotten a hot meal from this location, nor good service. You'll sit at the drive thru order window and be told "hold on" for 18-20 mins before your order is even taken and then you'll sit for about 20 more minutes in the line. No reason someone should come for breakfast, sit at the order window for the entire last 30 mins of breakfast and NOT be able to order what they came for when it WASN'T THEIR FAULT THEIR ORDER WASN'T TAKEN 30 MINS PRIOR.
Do not go to this Wendy's. 93% health inspector rating, which means they need to be re-inspected like yesterday because even the drive thru...
