Hyannis - Burrito Bistro — Restaurant in Barnstable

I arrived about 5 minutes early to pick up my online order which wasn't ready yet. I was told I would be called when it was done. After sitting there waiting for about a 1/2 hour hour I realized my order had been done but they had never called me or told me and it was just sitting back there getting cold. I respectfully voiced my frustration with the employees and spoke to the manager Tatiana (after waiting another 15 minutes for her to get off break). I was told "sorry about that" but nothing at all could be done for me, not even a return/ refund for my cold food, or even a new meal. I am very disgusted with the customer support. No interest in fixing things or making things right and no way to submit complaints up the chain of command. I wish I could speak with the owner, Chris Tucker. On September 27 I went, I asked for a burrito, without cream, the girl cash register told me that if I wants sour cream, to what I said no, and she only saw me, I asked her if she had understood and she said yes. When I ate the burrito because of the mixture with the guacamole I did not notice it but in the end it was the part more saturated with cream and without guacamole. I went to talk to the girl, and as if I did not know what she had ordered, she insisted that I had said yes. I am a person which English is not my first language, but I know that people understand me, besides that I live with a person who does not speak my language. I am very disappointed in the service. First, I rarely rate fast-food places 5 stars. This one is a bit different than others and may get momentum in the market similar to Chipotle. Their food specializes in Mexican burritos of diverse kind that serve as a full meal. The place is sparkling clean, including the restrooms. Their meals are very tasty, full of your choice of meat, and food was healthy tasting just like the ones you would make at home.
