One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered from a food establishment. I ordered an hour and a half ahead of time through so called easy online ordering that informed me my order would be ready for 1:45pm pick-up. I showed up at exactly 1:47pm to pick-up my order for a business meeting I was conducting at 2pm a few moments down the road. When I asked the girl at the front she informed me they were working on it and that it wouldn't be ready for sometime. When I asked how long, she told me what do you expect when you order during lunch rush...despite the fact that I was holding a confirmation slip in my hand stating the order would be ready for 1:45pm. When I finally got the food it was 2:07pm nearly a half hour after the confirmed time, which put me late for my meeting. To make matters all the less enjoyable when I got to the meeting a sandwich for one of the participants was missing, not to sweat I offered mine up so that the meeting could continue underway. At the conclusion I called to speak to a manager to seek a refund for food I did not receive. The manager informed me she couldn't process the refund and it would take about a month for corporate to do so! Instead they tried insisting on offering me a gift card as that could be processed immediately, as if they didn't empathize with the fact that after this experience I have NO INTENTION of returning to a Panera Bread. What kind of corporation takes a month to issue a credit card refund in the year 2018? - From a very Hangry and unsatisfied Panera...
Read moreSo listen I love Panera. I LOVE their food and it's normally a great place to bring my son. Today however might be my last time going. I showed up after a lunch rush with my son, they had 8 people working and so they weren't too busy.
I had to wait 25 MINUTES for a cup of soup and a kid's mac and cheese. The soup is made in bulk earlier in the day and the Mac and cheese is heated up fr a frozen packet...so why it took so long I have no idea. And when I got my food, the soup was barely warm and the Mac and cheese was lukewarm at best. I would have gone up to ask them to heat it up but by the time I got my food my son and I were starving.
On top of that my cashier was repulsively rude: she argued with me because I asked her if they had other yogurt options for children besides Strawberry (because my son is allergic) and she actually said "Listen lady I don't have control over what yogurt flavors we have. Do you want the yogurt or not?" And when I said no she said "Well then why did you bother asking me about the yogurts?" I also asked her for a cup of water and she handed me the cup and had the nerve to say "You know we have a policy against using the water cups for other beverages!"
Such an appalling experience. The only reason this isn't getting one star is because of all the good expwrexperi I have had there that...
Read moreOur family used to go there every other week for breakfast, lunch or dinner. After the last 2 visits we won't be returning as we had such unpleasant and complete unacceptable experience in Hyannis location. One time we ordered orange juice for our 2yr old, good that my husband tried it first - it was old!!!!! And the lady gave us such an attitude that we returned it back, she definitely let us know that we bothered her. And yesterday I took my 2 yr old for a dinner and we ordered her favorite mac and cheese that came with youghurt... she took youghurt to the car and ate it. When we returned home and wanted to trash it cause she finished it, it was 1 day experied.... today we are home with belly aches and other "good" stuff that comes from food poisoning... so so angry and dissatisfied. I would rather go to McDonald's next time. Not fresh at...
