Jareds’ Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Bartlesville

I was visiting from out of state & this place was suggested to us. Who ever the girl with dark hair was working on the evening of July 28th around 5pm should be fired! Wow! I have never experienced anyone so rude! She had a horrible attitude opening the window saying "do you know what you want?" And being a first time customer we obviously didn't know in the first second we had been there. When we said we'd like a minute she just closed the window. When we were ready we knocked on the window and told her our orders and when asking about specifics of these ice creams she was incredibly rude in her way of explaining who the items are made or how they are served. In a tone like we were completely brain dead humans. And when we asked if we could put up the umbrellas to sit outside she said "can you not read the sign?". What sign? I'll never...

This was the absolute worst frozen custard experience I’ve ever had in my entire life if I could leave negative stars I would, after 10 minutes standing at the window and having a worker sitting on the counter with her feet on the counter they make ice cream on she takes my family’s order as if we are ruining her night by stopping by, another 10 minutes and a bathroom break in the middle of making the ice cream we finally received it in all of its melted glory, definitely wouldn’t recommend. Pricy, but the Frozen Custard was absolutely amazing! No complaints there, our problem was showing up on a 100° day with 2 very young children and not realizing it was all outdoor seating, on concrete picnic tables that weren't shaded, broken umbrellas and no where to sit out of the heat and sun.
