Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bartlesville

Papa John's Bartlesville, OK location just called my wife a liar for sending pizza to a wrong address when she tried to do a kind deed. Accidentally sent it to the wrong address and called to make the correction, the manager immediately started accusing her of trying to get free pizza and claims that the order had already been delivered, although the delivery person called saying no one was there (the wrong address). Refused to help & showed no compassion. Heartless...

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the employees that I have always dealt with are polite and professional... the food is hit and miss. Sometimes it's pretty good others not so much. But these new papa bowls, I hope you're not too hungry. They're basically the toppings off of maybe 3 pieces of pizza. Definitely will not order this again. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I wasted my money here. I have it 2 stars because of the friendly service. The food was poorly made. I ordered a single topped large stuffed crust and 8 count wings. The wings were not thoroughly cooked and the sauce was drizzled on. The pizza was dry and hardly any sauce on it. I ordered 3 extra garlic cups (which I paid for) and that was absent from the order. I shall NEVER buy from this...
