i am being generous with a 2 star rating. i have italian blood in me and this is NOT real authentic italian food. i'm going to call it fast food italian. we hadn't eaten here since they went to their 'new' location so decided to get a couple of take out dinners. i could be wrong but to my knowledge they don't make their own meatballs they buy them from a distributor. authentic italian restaurants make their own meatballs. they tasted like dog food. i could be wrong but i could swear they are not the same meatballs as they had been getting a long time ago. i also could swear that a very long time ago i got 3 manicotti instead of just 2. or maybe they made them as 3 pillows instead of 2 tubes. i can remember never being able to finish mine and would have some leftover. they are very cheap on their salad. you get your ONE designated black olive in a half cup of bagged lettuce with a half tsp of cheese on it. i could also swear that some time ago the rolls were garlic topped or season topped??? but the ones we got were dry and bland. tasted stale. but the big kicker was on their online menu the prices of what we ordered were $3 cheaper each dinner. then after ordering we found out that they had raised their prices from $15 to $18 on one dinner and from $12 to $15 on the other dinner. that's a $6 increase for italian dinners that have essentially no salad to speak of with not very good tasting meatballs or bread. it just wasn't worth the price. not planning to get anything from them again. go to any authentic italian restaurant in a northern state and they'll give you a lot of salad with unlimited bread and the main dinner is home made. these people seem to use whatever they can buy from a restaurant supply house or whatever in order to make your dinner. probably why they had to raise their prices and pass that along to you. i generally make my own italian but was real hungry so decided to try them out again. no change in their food and with a drastic price increase. they should change their menu prices online to show what their meals really cost. an authentic italian restaurant would quite easily put them out of business. their food was ok but not up to par against other italian restaurants i've ever eaten at. even a olive garden gives you all the bread & salad you can eat with your meal. i would be very careful reading the 5 star reviews from people who show themselves as NEW giving a review or those that give this place 5 stars with no comments. read the low reviews and decide...
Read moreManager is AWFUL and does not care about the “little guys”. He does not care if you are happy with the AWFUL service or the subpar food. Their prices are outrageous for the mediocre food they serve. Our experience was terrible. Our waiter visited the table TWICE for the entirety of our visit. Drinks were empty, bread wasn’t refilled, we had to grab another waiter to bring us items. I spoke to the manager who said “there is nothing I can do for you, all I can do is talk to your server”. When I asked for a compensation for our next visit and we would give it another try, he said no. I also asked if there was someone else I could talk to because he was not taking it seriously, he said “I’m the only one here, you can talk to the owner if you want to talk to someone else, but he’s not here”. I asked for the owners contact information and he laughed and said “you don’t need to talk to the owner”. It wasn’t a busy night, our waiter was watching tv rather than taking care of his table. Pretty sad that the manager had that mentality. I spoke to others and they had similar experiences, even when ordering catering. This is why people go out of Bartlesville to do...
Read moreI've been sick and am severely underweight, so I was excited to go to Luigi's for dinner. I ordered my dinner and a woman that worked there approach my table and started up a conversation. She proceeded to pray and preach over me and my husband for an hour and a half. Her message was spot on but her timing and location was terrible. I was very disappointed because I had really looked forward to this evening with my husband and instead I got preached at and I had a cold dinner. The woman was talking so fast I couldn't get a word in edgewise. My husband and I didn't get to say 2 words to each other. Turned into a disappointing evening. If she wants to preach, let her do it outside. If she had, I would have had a hot dinner and a wonderful evening with my husband. Young Christians often alienate people with their extreme enthusiasm. Right now people need peace and calm. I needed peace and calm and...
