This is the worst McDonald's. First Bartlesville is higher in cost then almost any McDonald's I ever go to. Stopped there on Saturday. Wanted to order through the app but app wasn't working for their location, finally got an order through, then cancelled. Once we get there ordered the food. 2 double cheese burger plain, mc double, mc Chicken spicy, and 2 baskets of fries. There was literally 9 people ahead of us waiting in different spots and two behind us at least waiting for food. After about 10 minutes and being asked twice if someone else's food was ours, someone came out and then wanted us to give them the order we had so they knew it was ours. To my surprise I open it up and no mc double. So I then had to go inside. Which no one acknowledges me there. I stand and the counter with people just looking at me for at least 3-5 minutes. Most employees standing around doing nothing but playing around. Once I finally get someone they act like I must be lying but give me the burger. I leave get in the car and get back on the road that we are now running behind. To my surprise like I have seen mention here. The fries were yuck. They were definitely cooked in old grease and you could taste and see it. I would actually do a survey but I can't because we were never given a receipt. I really hope cooperate sees this and comes into this franchise and cleans house, I could of went down to chic fila and for the same price got two meals with drinks as well and the food would of been ready in 5 minutes, correct and service perfect. Read moreVery disappointed in the attitude of one of the staff members today. Went in with my friends family and 5 kids. They are all young so some noise and fidgeting is normal when waiting for food. Lady came out and very rudely said “those kids can’t be walking in the bench like that and they can’t be tearing up our posters” first of all they weren’t tearing anything up... the 4yr old reached out to touch the poster which is hung right behind the booth at a very touchable level. She was immediately corrected by her parents. The kids did walk along the long bench but it was in the area we were going to sit in. I totally get someone coming out to say something but there’s a right way and a rude way. We would have still stayed even after that but this employee chose to go behind the counter and continue to bad mouth all of us to the other employees while her back was turned to us. It was very obvious she was talking about us when we approached the counter and could catch bits and pieces of what she was saying. Needless to say we took our business to the south location. Someone needs to go back to customer service training...not sure she passed...
Read moreThis McDonald’s really needs to get it together. I rarely eat McDonald’s but today I was thinking I wanted to order something quick and relatively inexpensive from DoorDash so I chose them. The first mistake was on me, I forgot they didn’t serve lunch until a certain time so it was fine when the door dasher called to inform me that I couldn’t get my food, all was good they told her that I could order food at 10:30 so I had the money refunded to my door dash credit and waited until 10:40 to order. I placed my order again and I got another call from the same door dasher telling me how sorry she was but the manager mis informed her and told her the wrong time for lunch on Saturdays. How does a manager tell someone the wrong time? You’re a manager for a reason. Learn your job inside and out. I work in food and know for a fact when you’re a manager you should be able to inform people of the correct times and if you don’t the you should compensate for it.
