Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bartlett

Absolutely the worst service I ever had in my entire life. I’ve been coming to this place because is closer to work. The first time I order in this local, they screwed my order bad. Im not the type of person that complains for small things. So I was like okay I understand they under a lot of pressure. Next time they would do better. I came to order the 2nd time, they screwed my order again. Went 3rd 4th 5th & 6th time and they continue to screw every single order. Not to mention they basically stole money from me. I did an order on the decir tegu & when I passed my card which I had money, they told me the card didn’t went through (it got declined) so I check my account because I was confused on why. Next thing I noticed this local took 20$ from my account, which I told them & they keep denying & didn’t get my order. I went the next day with proof that they indeed took my money. Manager extremely rude as well as the staff. I always have a bad experience & from now on I’m not going to get service there. I would give this a negative 5 start review I would...

Besides forgetting the straws and the napkins I used to go there every day for my coffee. I would take and throw out my old cop from the previous day at their drive-through garbage can. It was continuously full of garbage and never emptied. When I told him about this they ended up turning the garbage can in the drive-through in the opposite direction so you could no longer throw out your old Dunkin' Donuts coffee cup. When I asked on the following day why they did that they looked at me and like I was speaking a different language and did not understand me. After talking to the district manager and telling them it was a convenience to have the garbage there can there, they said they would contact the owner. Within a week the garbage can was totally removed from the drive-through and is now placed on the opposite side to be nowhere near the drive-through. I now go to a different Dunkin' Donuts in Carol Stream that is farther away but the quality is much better...

I came in with my family and the inside was a mess. 5 tables were all occupied by the staff (seemed as if they wanted nobody to sit in the restaurant so all of their belongings were everywhere). 1 table had 1 girl employee, 1 table had 1 girl employee and her boyfriend who was very touchy with her, 1 table had 2 employees doing school work and the last table was reserved by their backpacks… we got our ice cream and i sat my child down at the table with the 2 backpacks. Nobody bothered to move them or ask if my spouse or i wanted to sit. The tables were a mess, where the 2 girls were sitting there was a cbd oil pen, all were on their phones. Never got a hello: another family came in as we were leaving and you can tell they were also shocked by nowhere to sit… very bad experience and i felt very uncomfortable with...
