Been coming to this location for years but the last year itās gone down hill. I always pre-order via the App and yet every time I am asked to pull ahead and wait. This even occurs when nobody is behind me or in line at the drive thru. Not sure why I use the app. One time they forgot me and I had to go in, they found my food had been sitting for 20 minutes. No apologies just handed me the food and walked away. Those working the drive thru often forget to ask for your mobile number and then you sit there as they try to figure out what to do even after you offer them the code. I know itās fast food but step up your game McDonalds!
UPDATE went here again today, ordered on the app. Asked for mayo to be added to my QPC, they smothered it in mayo it was poring out while eating. Of course the drive thru was empty and they still asked me to pull forward and park. When I asked why they closed the window and walked away. AWFUL SERVICE, Do better McDonalds this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLately I would say within the last year maybe a little bit more service at most McDonalds that I have been to has been horrible I've actually walked out of several of them because they leave customer standing at the counter and they don't even attend to them at all while they're busy behind don't who knows what they're doing but customers should not be left standing at the counter for 10 minutes or more not even giving the order. Also many times you only have one register open and multiple people in the line at one McDonalds they are actually been standing outside the door well only one person is taking orders and nearly always messing it up. I found out they were closed not by a sign (which probably would have been helpful to us customers to put up), but by pulling up to the window after patiently waiting at the speaker for 4 minutes. Pull up there and honk and I finally have someone just yell from the inside āWeāre closedā. Well they looked pretty open to me. No explanation or nothing. Atleast turn off the lights or have the speaker system tell us you are closed! Or put up that sign I mentioned earlier.
