It was a Surprisingly Delightful Visit – A Hidden Gem at McDonald’s! I honestly didn’t expect to be writing a review about McDonald’s — let alone one this enthusiastic — but our recent visit truly deserves recognition. We stopped in for what I thought would be a quick bite and maybe a break during a busy day of errands. But to my surprise, we discovered something that completely changed the tone of our visit: an indoor kids’ play area! I can’t even explain how refreshing and unexpected it was to walk into a McDonald’s and find such a clean, safe, and welcoming space designed just for children. The play area was colorful, well-maintained, and spacious enough for several kids to enjoy themselves without it feeling chaotic. My baby and her cousin had an absolute ball! Watching their little faces light up as they climbed, slid, and explored was honestly the best part of my day. It reminded me of the way McDonald’s used to be when I was a kid — a place where families could spend time, not just grab a meal. I feel like that’s become increasingly rare in many locations, so this was a nostalgic and genuinely joyful surprise. It wasn’t just about eating chicken nuggets and fries — it became an experience. And for young parents or caretakers like me, having somewhere the little ones can burn off energy while we finish our coffee or sneak a minute to chat is everything. I also want to shout out the staff — they were kind, patient, and seemed to take pride in keeping the play area clean and orderly. That alone made me feel safer and more comfortable letting the kids play freely. My only wish? That every McDonald’s could be like this one. If more locations embraced this kind of family-focused design again, it would make a world of difference. It turns an ordinary stop into something memorable, something that actually adds value to the day. I’d go out of my way to visit this McDonald’s again just for that play area alone. In a world where so many fast food experiences feel rushed or impersonal, this one stood out for all the right reasons. Thank you to the team at this McDonald’s for creating a space where families can pause, play, and genuinely enjoy themselves. For it to be McDonalds it was okay

Read moreToday while I was at work I found out my grandmother had a stroke and has two lesions on her brain. I made it through my shift to come home and pack because I’m going to have to drive six hours to be with her tomorrow morning, in the mix of all of this happening I didn’t have time to even think to eat. My boyfriend being the awesome guy that he is decided to go and get us both food. He ordered a 20 piece nugget meal , 10 piece nugget meal, two double cheese burgers. While waiting for him I get worried because he has been gone for close to a hour, when I message him and ask where he is, he says he is rushing up the stairs to give me my food as soon as possible, and apologize because what should have been a 10 minute no longer than 15 minute trip turn into almost a hour trip because this McDonald location was moving so slow. When he goes in the bag to hand me my food. He hands me cold nuggets with no sauce, and a double cheeseburger. When I look I’ve rat him he looks choked and I ask what’s wrong, and he says I don’t have my 10 piece nugget meal, and he goes to look for the receipt and sees that he dosent have one. He decided to go back only to come back home and tell me that, even tho he just left there less than 10 minutes ago they wouldn’t give him the meal that he was charged for, and wouldn’t remake the food that he had since it was now cold. This is absolutely unacceptable, and literally robbery! I’m not sure who is running this place but after the day I’ve had this is the last thing that me nor my boyfriend should have to deal with, we are paying customers and should be treat as such with way better customer care. This company wasn’t founded on the grounds of greed, nor disrespect. I will be contacting this locations manager, and also the general manager. As I have stated before this is absolutely wrong and...

They bring me my food and ICED coffee, not hot, like I ordered, I just wanted to leave at this point, I had to get my son to school. I get home and the sausage biscuit I ordered for him had no sausage!! I will NEVER be back to THIS McDonald’s. 45 minutes on McDonald’s property waiting for fast food and they messed...
