Went for hot pot/Korean BBQ for the first time with a couple of family members. None of us had had this experience before. We opted for both (at a cost of $5/per person above the regular price -- keep in mind that if you opt for both, everyone is charged $5 extra). At $19.99 for the lunch menu (during the day on weekdays) and $29.99 for dinner (after 4pm on weekdays and starting at 11am on weekends), cost is a consideration if you're looking to feed a large group. But, this is a flat price -- you're not charged per item you order.

Service The service was fantastic. We were seated promptly when we arrived. The group in front of us was led to their seat by a white robot, which was adorable. There is only one, so we didn't get that experience. Maybe next time. :) The hostess asked us if we'd been there before. When we responded that we hadn't, she gave us a menu and a sheet (double-sided) with a general workflow for enjoying hotpot and Korean BBQ. Upon being seated, our waitress immediately took our drink orders and showed us the menu and explained how it worked. She was not hesitant to recommend foods, taking allergies into account. She was very pleasant and checked on us just often enough that we didn't want for anything, but not so often that we couldn't enjoy our meal.

Food The food was fantastic. I had the miso broth in my hotpot, along with the udon noodles. The food was brought out very quickly. It was all proper temperature and looked fresh. The miso was very flavorful and made for an excellent noodle broth. Fantastic selection, which is well-organized on the menu. Fine selection of broths for hot pot, including Sichuan broth for something a little spicier. The beef bulgogi was tasty -- well-spiced and consistently prepared. It cooked very well and quickly at that.

Atmosphere The atmosphere was very nice. It was spacious with very high ceilings and large booths with six places for hot pot and a central grill for BBQ. The restaurant was clean and well-cared for and clear of clutter. The aisles were nice and wide and the booths comfortable. The sauce bar was well located off to the side with clear labeling for each of the ingredients, along with suggestions for sauce combinations above the bar if you want some inspiration. I would recommend going easy on the sesame oil. It's tasty but potent! We felt like we had plenty of privacy, as the backs of the booths extend above most people's heads. There's plenty of room between the seat back and the table. Also, the two hour time limit did not feel limiting at all.

Bottom Line It was a very enjoyable dining experience, especially for first time hot pot diners. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. If you're looking for a great dining experience with delicious food and a top notch staff, you can't go wrong with 901 Hot Pot. I highly...

Overall had a really good experience here!

Our server Ivan (or maybe Devin? It was hard to hear) was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient! Our table decided to do Korean BBQ and it was delicious. I highly recommend the spicy beef bulgogi (it’s hardly spicy at all), the beef short rib, the spicy calamari, & the eggplant.

Another recommendation I have is to grab a bowl of oil and a bowl of salt from the sauce buffet and generously salt EVERYTHING you put on the grill. Even the marinated meats/veggies don’t really have a lot of flavor, so you’ll definitely want to have sauces ready.

The rice they offer is really good, and this is coming from someone who grew up in China!

I’ve been to several KBBQ/Hot Pot places in different states and this 901 Hot Pot was by far the best. We came on a Friday evening around 6pm and didn't have to wait for a table. Best of all, we never felt rushed to ā€œfinish upā€ eating/ordering even though we ordered and ate up until our 2 hour limit which I really appreciated! I love the concept of all you can eat for a certain amount of time, but lots of these places just STRESS you out with the time limits and the experience is no longer fun. There’s also a QR code on the wall at each table you can scan to order more dishes to your table! So you never have to wait around for 25min for your server to tend to you again to order more.

Although I gave 5 stars I do have just a few notes for improvement:

#1.) They have these ADORABLE cat robots that can bring you your dishes, but we never got it at our table! I was emotionally devastated😭 Even when I special requested in the notes box of my QR code dish order for the robot, it never came. I wish it was a bit more clear how to get the robot to serve you.

#2.) Accuracy of orders was a bit off. For the MOST part, we got what we ordered. But there were a hand full of dishes ordered via the QR code that mysteriously never arrived at our table. AND we also got in total FIVE dishes across our 2 hours to our table that we never ordered. Bamboo, sliced pork, an extra order of shrimp & mussels, & thinly sliced beef. Eventually we started sending back dishes we didn’t order because we didn’t want to appear as if we were wasting food.

As a huge fan of KBBQ & Hot Pot, I think you can’t find a better overall experience than at 901 Hot Pot!! Don’t hesitate to try...

I would like to start off with I thought this place was cute and clean and I was excited to eat here. But I also have to add my boyfriend is super picky, so keep that in mind. Anyway we were with a big family for our family reunion having brunch. My boyfriend looks at the menu and he’s not wanting anything on it. All he wanted was ramen noodles and why would he pay 34.99$ when all he wanted was ramen, ramen is like 4-1$. And I don’t wanna order and over order and pay extra cause they do that. If you don’t finish your food you pay the extra weight on top of what you are already paying for which is 34.99$ per person. So I don’t order cause I see my family cooking the meats anyway and I’m not wanting to eat it either. I haven’t had food like this before. So my family member was like try this and see if you like it. So he gave me ONE piece of meat. ONE!!!! Which I gave over half to my baby anyway cause I didn’t really like it. So the end is coming and the checks come out, me and my boyfriend explain that we didn’t order or eat anything cause we weren’t interested. So she goes and speaks to the manager and they LOOK BACK ON THEIR CAMERAS. And said we have to charge you something cause you ate…. I’m like I had someone let me try a piece of their meat to see if I liked it and I didn’t and I have over half to my baby. And they said I still needed to be charged. I HAD ONE PIECE OF MEAT THAT SOMEONE ALREADY WAS PAYING FOR!!!!!!!!!!! So they charged me $21.74.And that’s was for a piece of meat….and a sprite and we had to pay gratuity because like I said, we were in a big family….I'm sorry. We tried so hard not to pay this. Cause it was RIDICULOUS!!!!! 21$ for a piece of meat. That someone else is already paying for and they paid over 300$. So we weren’t happy. Customer service was LACKING; GONE; DIDNT EXIST. Like I get people need to get paid and I’m not trying to take peoples money, but they don’t have a problem taking mine….so I am writing this review cause I wanna see if you think this is right or wrong?!?! Would you...

First time visiting. Very unique experience, we absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning. We did both the hotpot and bbq options and got to taste a lot of the menu items. The bbq is deliciously seasoned! The hotpots were also delicious but it gets hot really fast and stays hot for a while, we had to use ice from our waters to cool them down enough to eat. The food is amazing and abundant! I would advise against ordering too much food as its easy to over order and waste. They do advise and guide you through the process but just keep food waste in mind as you order. The only issue we had was there were 6 of us, we ordered bbq and hotpot, and a tower but we felt rushed to finish everything within the two hour window they provide you with. Grant it, we had already planned on cashing out as we saw the line at the door building up but when you have 6 people ordering both bbq and hot pot, cooking everything on their own, drinking a tower, they need a little more time to finish. Its not an eat and go but the time frame they give you makes you feel like you need stuff yourself as fast as you can and leave. Aside from that, the experience was amazing, the food was delicious, the blue berry smash was SO good, service was phenomenal, bar tender was awesome, the environment was very welcoming and warm, and we walked out very happy and satisfied with the food. We had a great time! Thank you for the wonderful service and the food!

If you are a big fan of hotpot, or Korean BBQ this is the place you have to visit. They are usually very busy and crowded, so better to have a reservation. The server lady was nice. We went for both the hotpot as well as the bbq. The place has a policy of charging if you waste food. So be very mindful and order as much as you would eat. We ordered a lot of stuff with the hotpot. The hotpot is personal. They will serve the soup base you order. I ordered Tom kha? ( Thai style), and one of my friends ordered spicy Sichuan, which is quite hot and spicy ( esp with the numbing effect comping from the Sichuan paper corn). This is technically all you can eat place, so they will give whatever you want. We ordered multiple types of meat, seafood, dumplings, and veggies. The idea of putting ramen inside the soup is very bad. It will make you heavy and you won’t be able to eat more. The Korean bbq was terrific. There is only one bbq grill on the table. You have to put the meats by yourself and cook it. Pork belly was the best. Shrimp, short ribs, Korean beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi was just yum. They have a salad bar with various sauces and condiments along with kimchi are available. Overall, we ate too much and the food was incredible. I highly recommend. The only suggestion is that you come hungry and order as much as you can eat.
