Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Memphis

My kids go to place. I miss the chicken salad! I wish there were more healthy options and I'm not such a fan of the grilled chicken nuggets.

We usually wait for a deal on our app but those have been far and few in between this last year it like they stopped.

I wish they would open the inside and we don't even eat inside but maybe a few times a year. It's just annoying to have so many people in line and in all the spots for curbside 😂.

Lately they have been forgetting items in our bag and shorting us on sauce. Never had an opps in the 20 years I've eaten here! Seriously I've eaten at chick fila since the 90's and never had an issue with my order until this year. Kinda crazy! They completely left out a wrap twice didn't give my salad dressing another time. And leave out sauce all the time. On the app you can say which sauces you want and how many and the ones you buy to keep at home don't keep for very long so that didn't help us when I tried to do that to avoid not having the correct sauces.

Other than the last year being iffy my kids still want to eat here. Me not so much because when the chicken salad left so did my twice weekly trips. We're down. To once a week maybe a few times a month now. Bring back the offers! Oh and they deleted my red account I had to make a new one and start all over again after many years of having the app and gaining points that was also disappointing.

If you haven't had chick-fil-a try the chicken sandwich with polynesian or the chicken tenders. And always use polynesian with their fries it's like a dessert! Sweet tea is just the right sweet not over powering like other fast...

Filthy! Workers inside and out, wiped sweat from their faces and raked their hands through their hair while fulfilling orders and handing orders to customers. I watched the people that packed the food on the inside do the same and one guy picked his nasty nose and wiped it on his shirt! Who does that??? Yes, it's hot, use a napkin and keep your nasty hands out of your bloody heads!! I spoke to a young man who did this as the 5 people before were treated the same, I did so nicely...what did I receive? He gave me a dumb look, no apology and no thank you! Gee...that must be the new customer service, I guess the old customer service...telling a customer you're sorry or thank you is a thing of the past Headed! Headed to FB, IG and TT as I know some of my 5000 followers have encountered this filthiness. We shall see. Add the th to fil! Chick filth A! Shame on all of you!!! People pay too much money to have their food handled by unwashed hands and unsanitary environments! I don't want hair or sweat in my food and definitely NOT SNOT!!! Train your people CHICK FILTH A!!!

Ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal and a 5 piece kids meal. Fries and nuggets on both orders were barely room temperature and wilted/hard. Definitely not prepared fresh. I don't enjoy eating cold food. I wasn't at a deli. Totally ridiculous! As long as the lines were all food should have been FRESH! Last...

Update, since January 2020 Come on you guys. This is not like you. Last time I visited I couldn't use my complimentary card for a sandwich because it was expired. And somehow the young lady charged me anyway after I said that I didn't want it. Then I had to go inside for a refund, which they only wanted to put on my card, instead of cash(cash is how I paid originally). Also the next time that I came with a complimentary card. The young lady told me that I couldn't use the card and then pay the difference(which I different) ,etc,etc. Tonight I ordered the grilled chicken (#5) with pepper jack cheese and a sprite no ice. I ended up having to drive back(thankfully I wasn't far) to get another drink because it tasted like alka-Seltzer. However, once I made it around the corner to eat, I noticed that my cheese wasn't melted and my chicken sandwich was COLD. I ate it any way because I was hungry... subtracting another star.

January 2020 I've never In life had anything bad to say about Chick-fil-A. However, I did want to bring some awareness, to the size of the chicken sandwich I've been receiving. Between today and about 2 months ago, the sandwiches that I received were extremely small to the point where I wondered if they forgot to put the chicken on my sandwich. Hopefully you guys will start back giving nicer portions as you have...
