To franchisee/owner To be clear, this is an opportunity of growth not a complaint. It’s a reflection of a moment where your business could’ve done better. I am not a victim, this is very much a first world problem, and I am fortunate to have all the problems I have earned. I ordered a large Matcha latte with no ice. I was given a cup about 3/4 full. The young lady at the window was very nice and apologetic and stated that it was company policy to only fill it that much when ordered with no ice. I was sold a roughly 32 ounce drink, and since this particular location has a policy of under filling your drink due to ordering with no ice I am only allowed to consume about 20 ounces First picture is of the drink given to me as I’m driving out of the drive-thru. Second picture is after the foam settled. Since the drink is wider at the top, then at the bottom, my cup is half full. Franchisee there is no need to create obstacles for your team members that will hinder them from giving great customer service. I’m a firm believer that the service your business provides daily is a direct reflection of your leadership. I’m looking forward to your growth as a leader because it will only help your location grow as well!! Take care of your team members and they will take care of your customers!! Please do better!!

My family are avid cold coffee drinkers. We also love Dunkin. But this Dunkin in our own neighborhood is horrible. Used to be the best now nothing is ever right. I ordered the same thing. Every time I go in there I ask for sweet cold foam on top and the last six times I’ve been there either. They forget to do it or they don’t have it or they lie about it because I’ve sent my daughter in after I’ve parked to order the same thing over and they have it all the sudden there are only two people that work in there that have common sense, and every time you go there they never have donuts how are you Dunkin’ Donuts and you never have any. And the store is always trashed. There’s always stuff everywhere behind the counter so after today, going in and asking for the same thing I drink every single time and once again, there was an issue with the sweet cold foam, I am done I retire from going there I refuse I have never been a person to post a review unless I am asked, but this was so deserving. Somebody needs to get a handle on this store. It is ridiculous and the peoples attitude makes it even worse like we are there bothering them , so please whom ever owns this Dunkin get you a secret shopper that goes for two weeks straight and you’ll see what I’m talking about .

Again, blue shirt does nothing except stand around. The original lady working drive thru came walking up from the back, saw me, and took care of it personally and immediately. It was a bad location, but has a diamond embedded within. Charging station available for those who need a charge while waiting for their breakfast.

My experience at this Dunkin’ was completely awful. I went through the drive through to order some breakfast but I wanted to scope out their menu. When the women came over the speaker, I asked her to give me a few to look over the menu. She comes back SECONDS later saying “are you done yet?” Rude. I then ordered FOUR wake wraps & 2 French vanilla iced coffees. Got to the window & again, the woman was rude & acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Ended up being given only ONE wake wrap (that was seriously burnt, cheese & all?) & one of the coffees was hazelnut? Not sure how you hear hazelnut from vanilla. We checked our receipt & we did indeed only pay for one wake wrap so we went through the drive through again & ordered three more with some hash browns. This time it was a guy on the speaker & he seemed pretty nice. Get to the window again & it was a different lady from moments before. We told her our wake up wrap was burnt & all she said was “let me see” with a dirty look on her face & ran to the back & grabbed another. Then the girl from before came to the window & didn’t say hello, how are you, or anything. Just said our total & had her hand out waiting on our debit card. Again acted like she didn’t want to be there, continued having conversations with employees inside & being loud & obnoxious. After we paid & got our food, we made sure it was correct & asked for some ketchup packets. The same rude girl rolls her eyes, grabs the ketchup, & drops it in my friends lap who was driving. We drove off in shock & as we were driving, the same worker rudely yelled “HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY.” We were both in complete shock at the service & the lack of professionalism that was shown at this Dunkin’. They need to re-evaluate their employees & train them for better customer service. I get it can be frustrating to see the same people coming back through the drive through but we weren’t being rude to them so not sure why we were given such attitude. Will not be coming back- good thing Bartow now has Starbucks as we will be paying the extra dollar there for the better...

My husband went inside this morning to get us two bagels and munchkins. He ordered: “two everything bagels, toasted, with the cream cheese on the side”. When he was given his order he saw they put the cream cheese on the bagels. He explained he wanted the cream cheese on the side, not on the bagels. The employee explained that the cashier over charged him then because the order was for cream cheese on the bagels AND extras on the side (the overcharge was $3.98 for two 1.5 oz cream cheeses…crazy!) so my husband informed the cashier that he needed to be refunded $3.98. She said she couldn’t do a refund because a manager wasn’t there and to come back tomorrow. My husband explained that he works tomorrow so he can’t, plus without his order in front of him they aren’t going to believe he needs a refund tomorrow. After some back and forth and them pulling another employee from the back (still not a manager) they decided they could give him a dozen donuts to cover the money they owed him. After all of this, he comes home with the two bagels and donuts to discover they gave us two plain bagels (not everything, like he ordered) that were so overly toasted they crumbled like crackers and we were unable to eat. This wasn’t our first bad experience with this store, but by far our worst. Every time it takes FOREVER to get through the drive thru line, and most of the time the food is stale tasting or wrong.
