3/6/25 - My mom usually likes coming here after getting her bloodwork done to treat herself and usually we have a fine time getting our food and going home happy. Today the woman at the speaker was clearly annoyed about something else and answered sharply when we asked a question about their 2/$5 special. Then when we wanted to look over the menu before ordering (after just a minute or two) she snapped at us again asking if we needed some help. I pulled out of the drive thru and decided to order through the app since clearly they’re too busy to wait for someone to decide. The woman had incorrectly misinformed us about the items available for their 2/$5 special so we were able to get what we wanted and ordered some apple pies for later successfully through the app. When we arrived at the designated time we were told at the window that they had no apple pies and asked if we would accept cinnamon rolls. We tell them we don’t like the cinnamon rolls and asked if we could get their new strawberry-lemon biscuit, if they were available, instead. She rolls her eyes and goes back to check and then comes back to inform us they have no biscuits. So I ask how long it would take to cook the apple pies and she tells me 8 minutes so I tell her we’ll wait for the pies seeing as I’ve already paid for them. Another eye roll after she tells us to go park by the side door to wait for our food and she didn’t look any happier when she brought out our food. I get that people have bad days and fast food restaurants like Hardees are cutting back employees to the bare bones in an effort to ‘save money’ causing stress amongst their employees but being rude to others who have nothing to do with the toxic corporate atmosphere is just not acceptable nor appreciated. To Amanda (if that is the name on your name tag since it was so faded I could barely tell) I hope your day gets better but we won’t be coming to bother you on your morning...
Read moreI want to say something about the Hardee's in Bartow, they have some of the nicest people that work there. My husband has Alzheimer's and we go in there several times a week and this morning I bought him something different and he got sick because he has this hernia that if he doesn't swallow right he gets sick and I had to take him outside to take care of him. When I got back in from outside the manager of Hardee's saw I had to throw my breakfast away so she gave me a free breakfast because she figured that I wasn't going to get to eat so she gave it to me for later and I just want to tell you they're still nice people out there and Hardee's is one of them especially the manager and the people that works there. I have never been treated as good as I've been treated when I go into Hardee's, so if y'all want to go in and have a good breakfast and you want to go in and have people treat you like you're a person and not just a payment or a bill go in and see the ladies at Hardee's and the gentleman they are really great. Read moreAfter sitting behind 1 person for 6 minutes in the drive thru (who knows how long they were there and the place WASNT busy) I get to the window and none of my food let alone drinks are ready. 5 minutes later they bring out my food. I get to where I'm going and start to take my food out to eat. I look at my burger and there is NOTHING ON IT! Note I said no cheese. I called the manager and his excuse was "There is a new person in the back and they're struggling". Ok so get back there and help them! I look at the receipt and it said "+plain no cheese" so my guess is the new person they had in the back doesn't know how to read it.(bad training). The other burger was supposed to have no lettuce, tomato or mustard and it only had no tomato, no cheese (wrong again).This isn't the first time they've messed my order up ie: forgetting to put food or even whole meals in my bag multiple times. This place is barely been open for 2 months and its already getting bad. I would not recommend. The only good thing I can say is when I talked to the manager he offered for me to come back and they would make me another one or put my name on a list and fix it next time...
