If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I felt extremely uncomfortable during my visit and couldn’t even enjoy my food or drink because of the behavior I witnessed from two employees. By the looks of their interactions, they were being overly affectionate with each other—completely unprofessional for a public dining environment. This isn’t someone’s living room; it’s a fast food restaurant where customers expect a clean, respectful atmosphere.
As a professional counselor, I couldn’t help but notice the dynamics between them, and their behavior raised serious concerns. Their constant giggling, flirting, and interactions happening near the food were entirely inappropriate. Honestly, it made me sick to my stomach just thinking about what was going on behind the counter.
Please address this with the two individuals involved. I normally enjoy eating at Chipotle on my lunch breaks, but if this continues, I’ll take my business elsewhere—perhaps to Tijuana Flats or another restaurant where professionalism...
Read moreOk so I know they’re new and probably still working out the kinks BUT we ordered chips with our meals and fruit with my daughters. My husband ordered online, so he just went in, grabbed our bag, and came home. No, he didn’t check BUT when he got home he noticed there were no chips, no big deal, he went back to get them. When he got there they told him, they ran out. So they didn’t even mention it, just send people out. They couldn’t refund us, we have to go through corporate since we ordered online! Ok.. SO THEN.. he gets home and we go to eat our cold food at this point and they didn’t give my daughter her fruit BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT!! So they just gave her a quesadilla with no side and chocolate milk instead of OJ WITHOUT SAYING A WORD ABOUT ANY OF IT! We’re very understanding, but if you tell us you have no chips FINE, we can substitute for something! If you have no fruit FINE, we can substitute for something, if you have no OJ FINE! We’d prefer to pick our own drink because she doesn’t drink...
Read moreI recently visited Chipotle and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the portion sizes. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. I was only the second person in line and there were no other customers behind me.
When I finally placed my order, the server was rushed and seemed annoyed at simple requests. The portions were shockingly small – I ordered a burrito and it was barely half full. I expected a generous serving, especially considering the price, but instead, I felt like I got a kid’s meal.
It was a very disappointing experience. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle in the past, but this visit left a lot to be desired. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements. For now, I’ll be taking my...
