Everyone at the shop was very polite and friendly, but unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. The equipment they sold me was not what I needed, and the installer they recommended clearly had no idea what they were doing.

They do not have a shop to install. He was going to do it in the parking lot. I asked him to do it at my house so I could (1)clean out my truck (2) not be sitting outside waiting for two hours. He installed four speakers and an amp in my truck, and now my vehicle is in the shop because the airbag light came on and the SOS system keeps going off. The repair shop found that the installer tapped into the communication line while wiring the amp — something that never should’ve happened.

There’s also a constant hum through the speakers, even with the radio off, and when I get phone calls, the sound only comes through one dash speaker so you can barely hear anything unless the volume is maxed out.

Now I’m having to pay to have everything repaired and replaced by a true professional — costing me about five times what I paid here. You really do get what you pay for, and unfortunately that is my fault.

Update. $615 is what it cost me to have the dealership fix the wiring issue. And Timmy the “installer” is refusing to accept that...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT BAD SERVICE I don't like getting to this point, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. I waited 7 months for this hoping they could solve it for me, BUT THEY NEVER DID. Extremely lousy service, both the owner and the person who did the installation. First of all, supposedly the camera they sold me is the super best (supposedly for them), yes, of course, the image looks orange and yellow. Second, the person who did the installation broke my console and broke the dash which is vinyl, along with other damage. The owner swore and swore that those parts did not have to be removed (with what he told me I knew they do not know about installation). Thank God I had photos of how it was before installing it. They installed speakers, but the door panels are loose because the clips broke. The person who installed everything agreed to buy the parts that were broken, which unfortunately I am still waiting for. I am going to the store to find him and the owner tells me that he is working somewhere else, my car is a Toyota Venza and the parts are extremely expensive, I do not recommend the store and much less the person who installs the equipment, they are irresponsible.

NO LO RECOMIENDO MAL SERVICIO No me gusta llegar a esto , pero no quisiera que nadie mas pase por esto,Espere 7 meses para esto esperando a que me pudieran resolver , PERO NUNCA LO HICIERON, extremadamente pesimo servicio , tanto el dueño como la persona que hace la instalacion , primero que nada supuestamente la camara que me vendieron es la super mejor ( supuestamente para ellos) si claro la imagen se ve color anaranjada y amarilla, segundo la persona que me hizo la intalacion me rompio la consola y me rompio el dash que es en vinil y otros daños , el dueño juro y juro que esas partes no se tenian que remover( ya con eso que me dijo supe que no saben de instalacion ) Gracias a Dios que tenia fotos de como estaba antes de instalar, le instalaron bocinas la cual los paneles de las puertas estan sueltas ya que partieron los clips, la persona que instalo todo quedo en comprar las piezas que rompio la cual desafortunadamente todavia estoy esperando , voy a la tienda para poder dar con él y pues el dueño me dice que esta trabajando en otro lado , mi guagua es una toyota venza la cual las piezas son extremadamente caras, no recomiendo ni la tienda y mucho menos la persona que instala los equipos , son unos...

Only thing good about this place is pricing on stereo equipment. That guy that runs that place a a moron installed a head unit I didn’t want charged me a second time for other head unit and didn’t finish the job of hooking up subs or battery. Also I have a 2018 Toyota Tacoma I have factory backup camera and steering controls, could not get rights parts for them at all lost money out of this deal. Whoever is reading thi stay away.
