McDonald's — Restaurant in Bastrop

Been to this location through out the years but our last visit confirmed that it will be a long time before we go back. The majority of the tables were dirty. The girl at the counter was new and did not really know what to do, which was fine. We understood but what was frustrating was that she needed help and asked for help but no one wanted to help her. Our order wasn't complicated but she was struggling to find on the register where to put in the order. The shift manager clearly didn't care about helping her. He did the very minimum and had her figure it out on her own. It was uncomfortable to witness. Once our order was delivered it was wrong... Very wrong. Felt bad about going up there but had too. The shift manager made his annoyance very clear to both us and the new girl. Once the order was delivered again by him he pretty much just threw it on our table without a word and walked away. The food was fine and hot but the attitude was a total turn off. Service is, everything. I wish that new girl luck and hope the shift manager gets an attitude adjustment and gets...

For the sake of your health DO NOT eat here, unless you want a side of BUG with that. This store shouldn’t even get one star, it’s more like negative five stars. After my sons school function today, he was hungry and just wanted chicken nuggets. Went through the drive-through and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, a large strawberry milkshake, and a small sprite. First the shake was over filled and the lid was not properly snapped and the drink bursted open, spilled all in my clean truck. And when I spoke to the manager about it all I got was we can wipe it up for you. Hello is on my freaking seats and carpet. How about pay to have it cleaned but NOPE sorry we don’t care about your $45,000 truck. Then to top it off we find a BUG in my sons meal. I quickly and loudly when back into the store and told the manger just how I felt about my child being served a nasty ass BUG, on top of my truck having to be professional cleaned. Today I was working in Austin. I'm from Friendswood. 7 miles down the road from NASA. I went to lunch at McDonald's. I ordered in,the first thing I noticed it was totally fealthy..?? Floors, countertops anywhere fealth can land and settle it was covered EVERYWHERE...!! On top of that a young Hispanic girl told me I was at the wrong register "this is the drive thru register "....!! She wanted me to move over 2" to take my order..!! She asked 2or 3 times..! I said "I don't need to move over 2" for you hear me" ..!!!!! After that exchange I think she got an attitude. Hard to tell when there's a language barrier... !!!!! I asked another worker to order my food, again language barrier, attitude...!!! After ten minutes I asked where's my food...??? TO hoom it my concern ,worse McDonald's in my home .....TEXAS...!!! 25% NATIVE AMERICAN SO FARE WARNING TO ALL YOU THAT EATS THERE ...!!! PS I told the first girl "you're not qualified to work at McDonald's with that attitude...!!!!
