Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Batavia Township

THIS LOCATION IS FULL OF HONEST KIND AND HARD WORKING PEOPLE! I love Chipotle and since moving BACK TO OHIO, I have had a couple bad experiences with staff at OTHER LOCATIONS. I left my phone outside the entrance in the landscaping area outside of our neighborhood While on a nature walk with my two-year-old we stopped to look at flowers. One of the staff members at this location his name is Chris found it and took it with him to work so that he could make sure that it got back to the right person. The entire staff got involved as they found a way to post a picture of the found phone on our private community page on Facebook with a picture of it. They also thougt it best to charge it by putting it on the charger because my battery was low. As soon as somebody called my phone, they answered it and let me know that the the phone was up at the NEW Chipotle in Batavia on Hospital Drive! They work hard and make amazing food here with the old fashioned customer service that used to be a standard a few years ago! They're bringing back the customer, neighbor, human experience. You should definitely visit this location and tell them thank you for being them and striving to be good neighbors! Chris needs a raise, he works hard and I think he said he walks to work. Good honest people like him need to be recognized along with the entire staff working together to reunite me with my phone! I'm a single mom of 4 littles and they said my alarms for the bus and other scheduled items kept going off. Let me start by saying that the young lady that assisted us was amazing which is why I gave five stars for service and the food itself was good. Where the issue came in was that there were at least six other people walking around not helping this one young girl who is clearly upset apparently Greg, who was supposed to be restocking the front line was busy doing other things. How do I know this because the girls were talking about Greg was supposed to have got sour cream three hours ago from the freezer and he did not on top of that. We watched the Manager sit there and talk with her family. I’m assuming husband and kids get up go make them food from the back and then go back and sit down while there is a line of people and only one girl working the front line Now we were told that there was no sour cream and no corn and they were running out of tomatoes, why is that? It’s because Greg was clearly not doing what he was asked to do and the manager was busy sitting. I don’t know if she was on lunch. I don’t know if she was on break, but there is nothing more frustrating for the employee and the customers as a matter of fact, a lady in front of me asked the young lady if that was the manager over there sitting down, so I would not be surprised if not another complaint. I normally don’t do these, but it was incredibly disturbing to watch one person working while others are walking around doing nothing laughing and having a good old time snapping bags yeah and this is a Saturday night so you can guess there were other people in there that saw the whole thing as well. My son even spoke very loudly asking where in the hell the other six people ran off to because they were clearly not...

So I went in the guy that was making my chicken bowl literally wanted to almost count the pieces of chicken He was putting in my bowl chipotle is so friggin cheap i would rather pay more money and get a good amount of chicken then to have a big bowl of rice with 8 to 10 pieces of chicken to it this restaurant is so CHEAP then when I get home, I begin to eat my bowl and I find a leaf inside of my bowl in the rice I Am Blown Away. I tried to contact customer service. They set it up to where it doesn't go to a human being.
