Charlie Fox's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Batavia Township

My wife and I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:30 PM tonight (they closed at 10:00) on 8/15. An hour after our supposed "45-minute" delivery time I called and was told they only had one delivery driver. 1 1/2 hours later I found our "pizza" on the floor of the front porch. There was no call, no knock on the door, just the ruined remains of a pizza in a box, crawling with ants. In the 60 seconds the box was on my kitchen counter, a dozen or more ants had managed to infest my kitchen. I've never had any problem with them before, but this was definitely a WORST CASE SCENARIO. It WAS one of my favorite pizza places, but when the delivery driver can't even CALL to NOTIFY you of your delivery, or even KNOCK on your door, they're supremely INCOMPETENT, and UNQUALIFIED for such a simple job. EXTREME DISSAPPOINTMENT! I immediately LOST MY APPETITE, & called to have them reimburse the charge, and will think TWICE about ordering from...

So I placed an order over the weekend this pizza is usually great. From the start it took forever for them to answer and I’m not sure if it was due to the fact they were closing soon but it still was over 40 min before they close. I go to pick the pizza and the person was not very personable no hi nothing ok so I pay for my pizza I say thank you, nothing then I say have a great night nothing. I get home this pizza is usually amazing here well some of it is under cooked and just not the same quality as it has been in the past now I’m not sure if it was the person that attended me or who made it but it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t order again if it’s within a hr of them closing they might mess...

By far the worst customer service I have ever seen I my life and I have spent over 30 years in restaurant management. I have ordered pizzas from here before and they have been good. Tonight I ordered a pizza with sausage, pepperoni and garlic, like I have before. Unfortunately the kitchen put WAY to much garlic on this one. No problem and reputable restaurant stands behind there food. Well not Charlie Foxes. I was told by the " part owner" that it was my fault for ordering garlic on the pizza and he would NOT replace it. I have never heard of any manager not even interested in making a mistake right.
