One awful experience picking up a birthday cake. We ordered a Ghost cake. BR code is H119. Picture of what is suppose to look like and their scribble when they took the order. Third pic is what I got. Seriously???? How does one get from the pic in the catalogue to what I received. The people in the store were no help and shame on me for going to pick it up the day before I need it. I would recommend you avoid this place. No one making the cake or reviewing the end product could make this error.

I always go to this place for my favorite drink, where I live I have one on the corner of my house, but I stopped going because all the time it had a different flavor, they didn't do it the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I changed locations I don't mind going any further but the taste was always the same today I had to try my favorite drink and it tastes horrible the taste is not from a blass cappuccino this location was my favorite batavia 😔.

The manager is so rude and unfriendly I called to order birthday cake and he only said come today to order it today and didn’t mention anything else, when I got there they told me he left and only the manager will take the cake orders so I called the next day and I talked to the manager and told him what happened and he made me drive like 40 min to get there and he didn’t even say sorry he just said u should’ve came earlier and bla bla bla and wasn’t friendly at all!!!! Never going back...

Unexpectedly poor variety of ice cream. It seems like the owner is obsessed with chocolate ice cream and doesn't want to sell anything except it. I found only one refreshing flavor, all others included chocolate in a way - chocolate chips, crumbles, several similar chocolate flavors with different names (what the hell?). Baskin Robbins is famous for a variety of ice creams, when you want to try all of them at once. Not the case for this shop. Disappointed and...
