CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

The precious young lady who was working the register was being belittled by what appeared to be the manager, when I walked up. The girl had to force a smile to greet me. I also work in the restaurant business and I'm a supervisor. I would never speak to my team members like that. Then the manager kept up with the rudeness when I said I only wanted a sausage cressant bc she said, very rudely, "I can't do that and now nobody is going to eat this!" What?! Someone needs to get that employee in check bc belittling people and being rude to customer's isn't something that shouldn't be tolerated. Literally rudest barrista ever. The store hours say open until 6. I walked up to the counter at 11:20. She's sitting behind the counter watching TV on her phone and eating. I waited a few, extremely politely and nicely said "Um excuse me..." she turned around with a mouth full of food and said I'm on my lunch break. I said "No one makes coffee on your lunchbreak?" She said "Nope!" And kept eating and watching TV. Worst CC's...
