Piccadilly — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Order was called in and then we parked in the spot where the curbside delivery was he had to call the phone number that was on the sign getting the person went in with the gift card took forever so after waiting for a while I got out and had to go inside and see what the problem was they were debating over the tip that I told the lady to take out of the card they didn't tell me that I had to sign when they came out to give us the food so I got that taken care of when I got home I gave my friend her plate and then I got my plate baked macaroni and cheese was not too bad but the chicken was way too salty I mean it looked good but it didn't taste good cornbread was a little dry too I mean I can make better cornbread myself at home I was first time in the last time that I use Piccadilly and I still have $15 left on the gift card Piccadilly I just give it to somebody because the tip was more than what the food was and it was a $50 gift card and the food came out to $20.80 and I got $15 left on the gift...

The lady that answered the phone was very rude. I was at the to go doors and the sign on the door says go to main lobby to order to go orders it was 10:40 and I saw they opened at 11 so I called to see if I need to go to the front to place a to go order because I saw the sign. The lady said no im a take it off at 11 very rudely ok no problem thanks I will wait til 11 to place my to go order at 11 she is opening the door snatches the paper off the door so I walk in and she tells me you must of not of ate breakfast this morning calling the store and rushing me to open I said no ma'am I saw the sign and didn't wanna tug on the door at 11 if I needed to go to the main lobby and was extremely rude. I love Piccadilly food but I won't go to that location again shes lucky I wasn't having a bad day because it would of went...

Went in tonight to get a to go order along with my coworkers. I noticed that the gravy had raw onions in it. So I asked if they could cook them. They lady took that food to the back. After waiting for a while she called back with my food. Get to my work and it's not what I sent back. I called the store to see if they could make this right. His name is Scott. He didn't give me the reason to come back and patronize his store. With me good customer service goes a long way. After me getting the order made once in the restaurant while there now arriving at work and it's still not right. Her just simply said I can just make it over. Well, Scott to keep down your precious food cost. I got a refund and I won't be back nor my friends, or church members that frequent there...
