Below are photos of what I ordered (no alteration or substitution requested) and what I received. What I received was missing ingredients. It was not disclosed to me ingredients were not included when the order was picked up so I didn’t know until I reached my destination. I decided to try Everbowl today instead of playa bowls and I’m disappointed. Upon walking in it smelled sour like something was spoiled or the trash needed emptying, the fruit counter was messy, even the screen to pay was sticky and needed to be wiped down. Trash was running over. It did not seem clean or sanitary. The staff was super nice but there were no hand washing in between checking other guest out and handling food items, no gloves. Very disappointed. I Loove Playa Bowls but was excited to know there is new place in town a little closer to home. I ordered curbside pickup. When I received my Acai bowl it didn't have a lid it was wrapped in Saran Wrap. I should have went back then. The quality and quantity of ingredients was terrible.
