I went in this morning and ordered a wheat bagel, plain schmear, with smoked salmon. The gentleman making the bagel repeated my order back to me, and I confirmed it. Whenever I went to the cash register, the lady who checked me out also verbally confirmed my order.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Paul today when I stopped in for the first time. He provided excellent customer service and I was so impressed to discover that the bagels are flown in straight from NYC, while the salmon comes from Norway.
