Plates of hot deli food can be eaten inside on picnic type tables, or taken out. In the right rear corner of the store are large transparent barrels of fresh juice which is sold by the cup. Delicious warm fried plantain slices are sold with crema and grated cheese topping optional. Oaxaca cheese is sold in strips, by the pound, next to the cold cuts, on the rear back wall. Read moreI was desperately looking for a store that had most of the Hispanic products that I use on a daily basis for cooking and cleaning and this store has almost everything I was super satisfied with the variety of products they have there, my only complaint is the price of some things and the food already prepared in the store I think it is a little expensive and they should put less oil in the rice they prepare, the taste is ok, but they use too much oil that takes away your appetite. The staff, especially the cashier and those in the deli are very rude, I understand that maybe they have many hours working there and are tired but being courteous, friendly and answer in a good way when someone speaks to you in the same way is part of the good service, then everything else is fine the store is clean and as I said above they offer a good variety of...

But, on one particular visit, I bought a rebanada de pastel de tres leches and when I bought it home to eat, the strawberry on top was moldy. And the date on the cover says it was made 10-04-19 and expires on 10-14-19. Now I know that I bought it the day before the expiration date but they should check and examine cakes that are close to expiring and see if it's time for them to go in the trash. I bought it since I thought "oh it must still be good if it's still out in the display case " but nope nope, the strawberry was moldy.
