I'm not sure, if it's under new management or not, but my last 2 visits were bad enough for not to want to return. I order ahead through the app and had problems, then once it finally went through and payment was deducted from my card I was greeted by a rude young lady with an attitude, when I tried to explain my situation. The manager was quickly called and came out and insisted I never paid and tried to make me pay again. Even after i explained and basically proved my case, she wasn't having it. I left never receiving anything I order. I still have yet to receive the funds from the transaction, and was told it would be no more than 24 hrs by customer service. CS on the other hand was polite and apologetic for my experience. I retured yesterday to get a ice cream cone and when the guy brought it out to the car, never handed it to me but insisted I grab it off the tray. When doing so it broke in my hand and was barely caught just before landing on The console. The worker saw the whole thing and didn't so much as offer a napkin. So not only did he not bring any napkins with the order, he showed no concern what so ever, never offered any help after seeing the rapidly melting mess unfold. Read moreRather slow to fill orders, even when the order was made from the app. Gave incorrect breakfast burrito (ordered bacon, got sausage). At least the food was tasty, but be warned the speed of service leaves something to be desired and you may want to verify your order is correct before you start eating.
Edit 2023-05-14: Extremely disappointed, came in yesterday to grab a bite to eat, took a little bit to decide what to order and after I pushed the button I tried to give my order to the person inside. I don't know if it's just too loud in the building or if the speaker box is broken but after I tried to put my order in multiple times and it being done wrong I just asked someone to come to the car to take the order because I wanted to make sure the order was done right. They came out a few times to check if the order was right too. It was not done right. My combo was not entered in so didn't get the drink or side I wanted. The shakes were basically pre melted and not mixed well at all. There was something sharp in the footlong coney bun.

Read moreThey need to close this dump. I had extra time before work to get breakfast, I pull up at the intercom and they tell me to hold on. Ok. So I do. 10 min later I push the button again. No response. 7 min later I push again, no response. I sit and watch as two people pull across from me, order, get their food and leave. At that point it seemed like they were being petty not answering the intercom. 26 minutes later (yes I waited that long) I ended up leaving. I call their phone number, and guess what, they don't answer their phone either. Another time, yes I tried again, I order my food, which takes 15 minutes to receive, totaling $3.98. I give the server a ten. She hands me a mint and starts to walk away, I say, "excuse me Id like change please". She responds with "Oh? I don't have change on me." I proceed to inform her I will wait while she hunts it down. A $6 tip really? For a meal that took 15 minutes and ended up being wrong!? I don't mind tipping, its the expectation that annoyed me.
