Very unprofessional, doesn’t communicate nor keep you updated on shipping . Unorganized and the sells rep goes under the table to make sells . You’ll get told one thing and it’ll be totally different. Basically just a cat and mouse game . The manager has an attitude and tries her best to get you out the door if you complain .
