I visited the 2192 S Sherwood Forest Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70816 location on September 7, 2017. If you look back at the cameras I entered the lobby at around 9:26am. I noticed Ms. Penny whose badge read shift coordinator, and Melissa B whom Penny stated was her manager. They were just standing around talking. I was the ONLY person standing there in the front. Kamora, Camora or however its spelled was standing in the drive thru, I did notice they had a car pulled up, but she looked up at me several times and never said anything to me. Then she walked her big body around the counter to take the car that was pulled up food. Walked right around the counter in front of my face and said NOTHING.. no good morning, Iāll be with you in a moment, nothing.. JUST RUDE!!! At 9:32 Melissa finally asked me had I been helped. I was like āseriously lady, when did anyone stop to say anything to me. It was only when I became agitated that I was acknowledgedā. Ms penny walked up to the counter and immediately apologized, I then stated āwell your worker walked right by me and didnāt say anythingā, when she walked back ms penny asked her why didnāt she acknowledge me. She said she was busy and that she had a car pulled up. She was even going back and forth with Ms. Penny justifying why she didnāt acknowledge me. That is very pathetic on behalf of the company. Why do you guys get so desperate to hire people? You just put the nastiest people with the nastiest attitudes in front level customer service. I should not have to ask why I wasnāt acknowledged and Iām spending the money I work for. Burger King has decent food but the service is horrible. Several mornings Iāve went through the drive thru and they donāt speak, they rush you through or order and are RUDE. Me getting out my car interacting was just as worse. Its 4 days later and itās been on my mind to do a survey. That was beyond rude and K/Camoria or whatever her name was doesnāt need the little money she makes. If you cant do the basic job you have with a smile then maybe you need to stay home. Ms Penny I do want to thank you, you apologized about 10 times for the behavior i received when you didnāt have to and for the manager Melissa B, Ms Penny said she mentioned to you I was upset and you said or did absolutely nothing as a manager so you need better training or give Penny your job title since she was the only person that cared.. I ask the cashier to speak to the manager,who by the way was on her phone when my daughter and I entered,Did she greet us! Lol!! Of course not! Thats apparently isnt her job! So after asking her to speak to the manager,she turned and look,like there she is! Im still confused! Because she never answered the question as to who the manager was??? So a girl answer,this must be the manager! She is also rude! She states to me,what? What?? I looked like are you the mananger,and she tugged on her shirt!! Lol!! I feel like i was being pranked! Like how do I know who you are? Annouce your title,a little customer service one on one!! She still never came to the front! She is looking at me crazy,when i ask,injust had a question about my total,nothing else! So another girl who was working drive thru said its not that serious,Iām like your speaking to me? It wasnt also that serious when you were using profanity,while being frustated with a person on drive thru ordering! The cashier was like you can leave! I told her Iām waiting on you to make me leave! The manager the entire time is more rude than they are! I want all three of you to know that I have contacted your cooperate office! I did receive a refund,because,my 34$ want be a contribution to either of your salaries! Yall are the reason that its never but one car in the parking lot,and that car belong to an employee! Quit!! Lousy service, care less attitudes, no urgency, incompetence, acted like they wanted to give an attitude when I brought up that my order was missing SEVERAL things. Placed order on the BK app at 12:05pm, drove to restaurant expecting to wait a little since we live close by and got there about 12:10-12:15pm, was told to come inside because āitās a big orderā and āweāre still working on itā, fine. No biggie, I donāt mind waiting. I ended up leaving that store at 12:45pm. Thatās ridiculous?? On top of there not being another customer inside the establishment, I think maybe 2 drive thru orders came up while I was standing at the counter, otherwise, the building was empty. Like? What are yāall paying these people for, because they obviously donāt want to be there.
Food was mediocre, definitely not like it was before BK started speed rocketing down hill....
