OBVIOUSLY THIS BUSINESS MUST HAVE SAGE, RAINBOWS, CRYSTALS, AND UNICORNS HIDDEN UNDERNEATH THE FOUNDATION BECAUSE THIS CAT IS AMAZING!!! IT'S BEEN 3 & 1/2 MONTHS AND SHE IS TRULY A FAMILY MEMBER. OKAY SERIOUSLY PEOPLE; MY HUSBAND IS A MAN'S MAN TRULY ALL TESTOSTERONE. CAR BUILDING, WIPING OIL ON THE FRONT OF A WHITE TEE, SCARS ON HIS FACE, COVERED IN TATTOOS, AND CAN RUN PEOPLE AWAY WITH A LOOK KINDA MAN. WHEN ACTUALLY THE SUN IS JUST IN HIS EYES & IT'S A REALLY HOT DAY. HE TOLD ME THAT GETTING STELLA WAS A CONSPIRACY TO MAKE HIM SOFT. HE YELLED THIS AT ME AND THEN IMMEDIATELY WENT TO HER GENTLY PUTTING HER FACE IN HIS HANDS (MORE LIKE THE TIPS OF HIS FINGERS; HIS PINKY RING SIZE IS A 10) AND TOLD HER "BUT I LOVE YOU GIRL," IN THE SWEETEST VOICE EVER. SHE GREETS HIM EVERY MORNING AND FOLLOWS ME WHILE I GET HIM READY FOR WORK & THE SAME WHEN HE GETS HOME FROM WORK. HE SPEAKS TO HER ON LUNCH BREAKS AND WHEN HE WORKS OUT OF TOWN. THE THING IS, ALL OF HIS COWORKERS ARE SPEAKING TO HER AS WELL. A WORK TRUCK FULL OF GROWN MEN SCREAMING "HEY STELLA, HEY STELLA, STELLAAAAA," ALL WAITING TO HEAR HER MEOW SO THEY CAN LAUGH, AND GO ABOUT THEIR WORKDAY HYDRO-BLASTING TANKS AT THE OIL REFINERY, CHEMICAL, OR WASTE TREATMENT PLANTS. I AM TELLING YOU THESE CAT'S ARE DIVINELY TOUCHED OR SOMETHING. THIS MAN HAS BROKEN EVERY CELLPHONE HE HAS EVER HAD IMMEDIATELY AFTER HE GETS THEM SO HIS PHONE ALWAYS HAS A CRACKED SCREEN; BUT HE HANDLES THIS CAT AS IF SHE IS FINE CRYSTAL. THEN HE HUGS ME (SQUEEZING MY SHOULDERS WAY TOO HARD, LIKE A BOA CONSTRICTOR) AND SAYS "BABY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS; BUT I SWEAR I LOVE THE BEEEEPPPP. OUT OF STELLA!!!" BACK TO WHAT I SAID AT THE...

Yesterday I wanted to adopt a kitten and I went to cat heaven to do it. I was very anxious and happy to be able to do it. I have all the methods to take care of the kitten. The boy with blond hair gave me the application to fill it out and when I showed it to him, he denied . the adoption because there was an option to remove the kitten's nails I put yes to the option thinking that it was for take care of the kitten's nails as many people use to manicure their pets my intention was never to do surgery on the kitten I tried to explain to him that it was not what he imagined however My brother showed him a photo that he saw on the internet so that he could see what the word really means with cruelty in animals and he assumed that I was going to do surgery in the kitten. I definitely do not recommend the place since we entered the place, i could tell how rude the person in charge of adoption procedures was, the other people who work there were kind with me but the guy in front was impatient I understand that they have their policies but he assumed what he imagines as I repeat my intention was never to hurt the kitten he assumed what he saw in the photo for months ago I wanted to adopt one and I had not done it because I didn’t have a place of my own I am very sad and disappointed...

I brought my daughter here to see the kittens they had available to adopt, the energy was very off no one spoke as we walked the place just looked at us up and down like we weren’t supposed to be there …. I still decided to put in an application anyways … for starters the guy that’s at the desk was very dry I didn’t feel they were comfortable. The kitten that I originally put an application in on and offered to pay in advance for somehow gotten adopted after I came back first red flag, after I got off I went back to see if there’s another one that may can come home but again either the kittens were already adopted or they weren’t ready so I asked can’t I pay for the one I choose that wasn’t ready just so I won’t have the mishap again by then it’s 5:53 the lady comes from the back tell me” you can try to come back tomorrow” I had already been there since 5:30 waiting for someone to start my paper work. I really feel like I was judged before I got out of the car (being black) because another couple (white) that was after me was able to adopt with no problems which they were just a walk in and I’ve already started the process. Don’t recommend anyone to look for a kitten here. Not sure if this was my experience or if they give this poor customer...
