McDonald's — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

so this was a few weeks ago, however i just went back again and am enraged all over again 🙃

few weeks ago i went to mcdonald’s , first of all the lady in the drive thru line was so unhelpful i might as well been talking to myself

i had a 4 piece nugget and a cheeseburger. i look real quick in my bag, notice OF COURSE the sauce wasn’t in there. so i back the car up, wait for to come back to the window. she looks at me crazy says “ what” and im like hey you didn’t give me my hot mustard

she goes “ YEAH CUZ WE DONT HAVE THAT”

lmao .. okay. i responded with “ well i don’t work here so i wouldn’t know and you failed to tell me. so what you got then? bbq?

WE AINT GOT THAT EITHER

i’m trying really hard to just be amicable , but im literally pulling at straws to get a fkn sauce with my NUGGETS I PAID FOR. they just hand us the bag and hope we drive off , get too far down thr road and say it’s not worth even going back. which 90 percent of us do right?

so she hands me the only thing they have sauce wise and i drive off. mind you, im on the clock with my dash paused bc i am a door dash driver and had been working all day and finally got a meal.

so, the plot thickens. i reach back in my bag to start eating AND ITS COVERED IN KETCHUP!!!!

why , you ask?! bc they literally threw my cheeseburger in the bag with no wrapper LMAOOO. i am screaming. i’m mad as hell , working spending my hard earned money on some garbage bc that’s all i can afford as it is, and yall really just threw a burger in the bag with no wrapper

anyways to WRAP this up ( no pun intended ) i go back , go inside. the manager was SO nice ! the only thing remotely worth redeeming about this place was she was just as shocked as me and so upset she said “ i know you lying “ i started laughing i was like man i wish i was. it’s all good it’s not your fault. i work in the service industry myself but all i wanted was some lunch. she offered me a free ice cream cone and she was fussing at them trying to figure out who pulled that lol 😂 she seems like she cares at least! ( i didn’t even tell her how aloof and unresponsive her drive thru worker was, i don’t like karen’s lol ) not trying to get ppl in trouble but this mcdonald’s is jsut foul.

yall have stale buns , meat not even an inch thick. unhelpful ( minus the manager !) and yall don’t even complete the orders. the reason im finally writing this is bc i just paid for food to get home and didn’t even receive all my food.

quit gaslighting us , shut down lol for real. y’all are wasting our time and money that SOME of us actually work hard for. this generation is so foul.

Hi my name is Cameron, I'm a 12 year old male. One day I was about to order and they had female workers just talking, and I waited there for over 10 min, they kept looking at me and did nothing and continued to talk and I often come to this Mc Donalds and the things i've heard is disrespectful. When you go in all you hear is cursing. I went outside and saw two workers cursing while talking.The thing is, its all the female workers cursing while the men are making the food and working, the female workers are goofing around, cursing, talking. I just saw a women wipe her nose with her hand and not clean it. One time I saw someone waiting for their food in the drive thru and while the female workers are waiting for the male workers, they just start talking, but some times their just hollering. The best female workers are the waitress, she had puffy hair but now have braids and two others but I don't know their names. They mind their business and their quiet. One lady was picking up trash and picked up a dirty rug and went straight to making the food without washing her hands. They're listening to music. The male workers talk, but they talk while working , the female workers stop working and talk. Again I'm Cameron, I'm 12 and I go to different stores and find workers not washing their hands and I want reach out to different owners and work for them to tell them what they do and what they say when they have no customers. I would honestly give a 0 rating if it were possible, but since it isn't I'll give them 1. I went to this location on 09/01/2019 at 10pm. There was a worker taking a smoke break outside who said they were open until 11pm. I drove up to the order screen, no answer after several minutes. Then I proceed to drive up to the window where you'd pay, I can see workers in there, but no one doing a thing...sit there for a few more minutes, still nothing...so then proceed to the pick up window where a worker is sitting back to the window and after a few seconds he finally opens the window asking what I need. I tell him that I need to order...he tells me to pull back to the pay window (because that makes a lot of sense when he can do all of the same stuff at the pick up window). Then calls out and says they stopped taking orders. So you're open until 11, standing around doing nothing, but can't do any kind of work while you're on the clock getting paid. I wish it worked that way at my job, but oh wait, I actually have to work at my job. Anyways, if you can bypass this location I'd say to do so. It's always something isn't working because it's being 'cleaned'. They'll be no one in line, but you're still stuck waiting 10+ minutes for something as simple as a drink. I'd honestly suggest going the extra few minutes to the Jones Creek location, they're always busy, but get you your order in a timely manner and they're...
