Food was horrible, service was even more horrible. My husband ordered a steak he took one bite of it and couldn't eat anymore of it, this place is supposed to be a steakhouse so they made him another one and he didn't even eat any of that one either we fed it to our dog and our dog didn't even want to eat it and he eats any and everything. They didn't offer us a discount of any kind. I will never waste my time or money going back there again literally everything was nasty except the bread they bring you in the beginning.
Update to owners who responded. Thank you for your time. I would like to add that this evening 5/17/2022 we went to a completely different outback steakhouse with my in-laws and we were hesitant to go at first but it was a treat to us we weren't paying so we decided to go and hopefully would have a different experience being it was at a different location so I do want to say that at this particular one we had a great dinner, everything was good even though my burger wasn't dressed correctly it wasn't a big deal it was still really good and the service was superb and I will get with my husband to get the information on which restaurant was which to let you know more specifically on the service and food that we experienced so something can maybe be done at the particular one that we did not have a good time at and I do want to add that that was a special dinner that me and my husband went out to and we don't go out and eat a whole lot at all and that was for our 23rd anniversary and we were trying to go out and celebrate and had an awful time and was just so disappointed and paid around $80 for our food that we didn't even eat but I did want to let y'all know that tonight's service is great and the food was great we enjoyed all of it! We will be returning back to that particular restaurant and we were very pleased so I just wanted to let you know that I will be changing my review to update to these particular locations. Ok after speaking with my husband it was the Jones Creek location was the bad one the Acadian location was great! Thanks again...

Our appetizer took a little while, but the manager came and informed us they removed it from our bill before we even noticed how long it had been. I was pretty impressed with how they handled things!
EDIT: After giving Outback a ANOTHER chance when the other location was such a terrible experience - looks like Acadian couldn't really do any better.
First they got our drinks mixed up (I have to be careful being diabetic), then the waitress dropped and broke a plate which caused my boyfriend's drink to spill all over him. It was Valentine's Day so we were dressed nice (this made us have to go back home before finishing our plans so he could change - which made us have to spend even more money since we do not have a vehicle and have to uber). The kitchen mixed up our steaks and we eat them different ways and didn't notice until my boyfriend had already put A1 all over his. The food was very bland and didn't have much flavor. The server kept forgetting about us (maybe because we were sat in the very back corner).
The manager did comp our appetizer, but only after trying to insist we just get a free dessert instead and I kept trying to explain I am diabetic and we did not plan on having dessert. So overall I felt it was a waste of money and kind of ruined what was supposed to be a nice dinner out and a rare occasion for us since I am disabled and hardly get to actually go out anywhere. Read morePretty bad experience. It took about 10-15 minutes after we set down for anyone to actually speak to us to get our drink orders. It took another chunk of time to get bread and butter. It took another chunk of time to get our order in. Our food took a long time to come out. Our waiter came and said that pretty much the food would be right out, but it actually was another 15-20 minutes. Then she came over and told us the same thing again. Eventually our food came out......none of our food was hot, it was all either warm or nearly cold. The steak that came with our food you could tell it lost most of its juice and was pretty dry as well. Then they brought the bill. It was $114. The fact that they were willing to take $114 from my father and knowingly brought out cold/warm food is a pretty great lack of integrity and pride taken in your job and your role. Also because the food was cold/warm showed us that the food was ready, there just no one who thought to bring our food out. I've had rough restaraunt experiences....this one from start to finish was pretty bad. There was no compensation on the part of the restaurant...until my dad asked to speak with a manager. There was an in house young man being trained. I am not sure if he actually went and spoke to the manager, but he came back and said we didn't have to pay for the meal which was nice.
