The experience at this restaurant was TERRIBLE. My family & I dined in for National Margarita Day. We ordered 4 meals (2 adult entrees -trio fajitas & 2 kids meals) those meals were not brought out at the same time. They were all brought out in 30 minute intervals. When we addressed the waitress to express our concerns that one fajita meal was incorrect she became very argumentative stating that we did not order trio for both. 30 minutes later …We then expressed to her that one of the kids meals did not come w/ 3 tenders that instead it only had one lump of just fried dough. She showed no concern regarding this. Almost 30 mins later came the 2nd fajita meal only to be missing the rice, beans , & tortilla. At this point we have become very frustrated as she has not been attentive to our table needs the duration of this experience. We informed her that we did not desire to keep the 2nd fajita meal simply because everyone at the table had finished their meals. Asking for a manager was pointless as he had told 2 different employees when we requested him “he was too busy to speak with us”. As a business owner, this is extremely unprofessional even in your busiest times you make time to speak with your patrons. Pedro’s came highly recommended to us from our friends as well as social media. After tonight’s experience my family & I will NEVER return. Not only are the staff members rude & conduct themselves in a unprofessional manner but so is the manager. The food is not seasoned at all ! If you’re going to advertise yourself on a national holiday you should not only be prepared but have a staff on duty who actually wants to work.
the only reason I gave 1 star is because Google will not allow me to not leave a star, this experience...
Read moreFirst and foremost, let's talk about the food. Pedro's is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. The tacos are out of this world - perfectly seasoned meat, fresh vegetables, and homemade tortillas that are soft and flavorful. And don't even get me started on the guacamole. It's so good, you'll want to order a second bowl just for yourself.
But it's not just the food that makes Pedro's special. It's the whole experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted by friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The vibe is fun and festive, with colorful decor and lively music that will have you tapping your toes in no time.
And then there's the tequila. Pedro's has an incredible selection of tequilas, from smooth and mellow sipping tequilas to bold and spicy ones that will wake up your taste buds. And if you're not sure what to order, the staff is more than happy to make recommendations based on your preferences. Get a margarita tower for you and your girls!
All in all, if you're looking for a fun, flavorful, and authentic Mexican dining experience, look no further than Pedro's. It's truly a hidden gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough. So go ahead and give it a try - your taste buds...
Read moreDoor Dash order because the restaurant phone was off the hook at 445 and I couldn't call in a to-go order. Waited 45 minutes to pickup and they still didn't have the food started. Door Dash photo showed The Trio with 7 pieces of chicken, 6 pieces of steak, and 3 shrimp...not what they serve. 4 chicken 4 steak and 3 shrimp covered in grilled pepoers and onions...I had to dig to find the meat. Not worth $24. I called the restaurant to tell the manager that what he served is misrepresented online. He agreed and said he would correct that photo.
Food taste great, people are friendly. Drinks are excellent. The crowd is loud and full of life. I like that normally, especoally in a TexMex restaurant, but be prepared if you don't. Disappointed in the bait and switch, but only because it was over priced for the little amount of...
