Went thru the drive-thru during lunch rush. The girl taking our order was not attentive at all. It took at least 10 minutes if not more just to tell her the order and go back and correct her a few times. Got to the window to get our food. I ordered extra crispy, they weren't. Then had the nerve to try and send me off with a tender that was maybe 2 inches. I gave it back and asked for what I ordered and I got an attitude from the employees even tho they messed up. No matter where u work whether it's fast food or not you need to pay attention to what food ur putting out (also saves the time and energy when it comes to fixing a mistake). I get it, they were busy but I didn't deserve the attitude at all. Also the tenders need to be bigger especially for the price paid. I've never been to a canes and seen tenders this small before so I'm assuming it's just this location. And to be real, the employees during these rush hours need to be trained some more in a fast paced environment because they could not take the heat at all. I wasn't the only one with a wrong order. It's literally just chicken and fries, the staff here can do...

I recently visited the Raising Cane's location on Florida Blvd (Cortana), and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The staff's ability to listen and accurately execute our order was lacking.
When we placed our order, the employee at the window repeated it back to us and informed us the total was over $30. However, upon reaching the pickup window, we received less food than we ordered. When we brought this to their attention, they claimed it wasn't on our ticket. It seems there was a misstep in organizing orders at the drive-thru, leading to this frustrating situation.
The staff's handling of the situation was not only inefficient but also rude and inappropriate. Feeling irritated and annoyed, we ultimately left without our meals. This experience was disappointing and not reflective of the quality I expect from...
Read moreI was in town for a university football homecoming game, traveling with a large group of 300 plus members who needed a late-night meal on Saturday. The team at Raising Cane’s rose to the occasion and made it happen—graciously and efficiently. Despite being a fairly young crew, the staff was incredibly helpful, patient, courteous, and kind. And yes, they had manners! In today’s world, that’s something truly rare and worth celebrating. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the experience genuinely enjoyable. I don’t typically eat at Raising Cane’s, but because of this experience, I’ll gladly stop by for fries and coleslaw anytime I’m in town—just to say thank you again to the...
