If I could give a rating of ZERO or even a NEGATIVEE rating I would because we just had the rudest cashier/server ever! The young man, who was African-American, about 5ā6ā to 5ā8ā and average weight with long hair below his shoulders was the offender, the name on the receipt was KARRI. We placed an order at the drive-through and had a couple of simple requests we always ask for at every visit, but after placing the order, it was incorrect on the screen. When I began to tell him about it, he abruptly cut me off saying, āSIR, I HAVE your order, would you just go around or something?ā Upon reaching the window, we were greeted with, āThatās 6.60.ā NOT Hello, NOT How are you- NOTHING! After I reached for the receipt, my wife leaned over and tried to explain that the reason I spoke up was because the order was wrong as we saw it, but he turned and walked away midsentence! The worst part, however, was that he stood right by the OPEN window facing the kitchen, he was laughing and loudly talking to his coworkers, and he was CURSING at that! I wonāt speculate about what he was discussing referring to āthey and themā; however, the āF-bombsā he was spewing were overheard loud and clear, at least THREE that we caught! When the food was ready, he approached the window, outstretched his hand holding the bag, and said nothing at all. NO Thank you, and NO Have a good night, NO Come back and see us- NOTHING! He only spoke after I said, āTHANK youā to which he replied, āYa welcomeā¦ā and smugly turned to walk away. Through some great miracle, the order was entirely correct; however, sadly not one of the SIX of us finished our meal because every single item had hard and crunchy rice in it, quite off putting and ruining the food! They canāt even seem to stir the rice that sits on the steamer sometimes for HOURS, something that is completely avoidable yet not being tended to, and they certainly do not care about customers enough to NOT serve old, dehydrated rice. I truly hope that the managers and/or owners take the time to read the reviews as we have because there is obviously a trend at this location of dissatisfied customers. Between being rude to the guests and vulgar on top of it, they are serving poor quality food and creating a very bad reputation at this Taco Bell location on S Sherwood...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey refused service! Staff refused to allow access to the restroom! They said I must order before given a key from the manager to use the restroom. Waited, No one took my order, so I asked if I could use the restroom and then place my order. Waiting for assistance, I offered to make a purchase now to get access to use the restroom. But I still couldnāt even get service to place an order. I Waited and Waited! I saw a big black woman standing on the counter in the kitchen where food is cooked. Shouldāve took her picture, they would not have noticed because they all had their backs to me. Iām not one to make a scene, but felt if they did realize I took a photo they definitely would not like me or allow me to use the restroom. Shocked that this is a Taco Bell, representing the company with a trusted reputation I used to go to! I did Not feel welcomed as a customer and was Not treated with kindness and understanding. I left disgusted and wanted to share my experience that this Taco Bell refused to service me. I was polite, and did notice not only was I the only customer, but also the only person of my skin color there. I did not spend any money there nor was I able to purchase any food for this review, because the staff was very unprofessional offered NO assistance or service. I will never recommend a Taco Bell specially in Baton...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFull disclaimer: for any Taco Bell that I have visited get 3 stars is saying something to be candid, but the young lady who took my money was sweet and pleasant and for Taco Bell thatās worth at least 1.5 stars anyway! Maybe it is true that every now and then a blind squirrel finds an acornā¦.Having said that, it was the status quo meaning they take your order one car at a time so you donāt get too excited because itās your turn to orderā¦
Another vintage Taco Bell moment was when I did order the new chicken cantina or something like that, I was informed they no longer serve thatā¦lol
The fact that the only reason I even knew to order it was because of this high dollar big time graphic display you are so proud ofā¦
I just look at what flashes up and if it looks good Iāll pull the trigger. Excuse me for ordering something that you are advertising but I donāt get angry any longer as I expect things like this at any Taco Bell.
The last problem that I have with Taco Bell is that itās owned by Pepsi. If I wanted to drink Pepsi I would order a Coke with two shots of water and a tablespoon of sugar. 80% of the time I donāt get a drink but I was thirsty on this day and after two good swigs, I had to throw it out.
By the way does anybody know whatever happened to the new generation or the Pepsi...
