Traveling through today after a Cross country meet in Portage. Met Hannah here.....this Arby's assistant manager. When she asked if we wanted to donate to Arby's No kid hungry we politely declined. Hannah's response: "Are you sure you don't want to feed hungry kids? Well you must be bad people." Needless to say, after addressing the situation with the manager we decided to ask for a refund for our meal. First of all, Hannah does not know anyone's ability to donate money. Secondly, we have the right to decline without a back handed comment. My family chooses not to donate through fast food companies because our family operated business donates thousands of dollars directly to other foundations yearly. I am good on allowing these fast food chains to profit from tax right offs for our donations. I do not need to explain my choices to anyone. Let alone some child working a drivethrough window. I have seen the other reviews directly addressing Hannah and her attitude. She should not be working anywhere in customer service. Her disrespectful behavior shows that she is not grown enough to even be behind the counter of a fast...
Read moreSpent over $18 on lunch. Next time will sit down at a restaurant and be served for same amount or less. After ordering at drive-thru speaker, I asked for arby and horsey sauce for the #1 combo and four jalapeno sliders.. girl said tell them at the window. I asked at the window for the sauce as I handed him my gift card. No receipt given. When I asked, man said printer down and having technical difficulties and closed the window. (I like to keep receipt for card balance). When out of car to eat, not a single sauce in bag... no ketchup for curly fries, arby or horsey sauce! Not a single jalapeno on any slider! Man at drive-thru was nice. But please be sure ALL items are in bag before closing window. I don't even have a receipt to show I ordered food! I read another review a couple months ago and same thing happened after reviewer requested sauce.. owner said he'd be sure to deal with the situation.. but it is not dealt with yet. I'm thinking a sit down restaurant is the way to go.. you can see what you get and ask for, I can tip accordingly, and it's not much of a...
Read moreWhere to start. I pull into the parking lot at 9:01pm walk up to the doors. Try to open them. Locked. Dining hours say closed at 10pm. A gentleman inside looks at me, then just disappears. I wanted Arby's, and needed to let me 3 yr old use the Restroom. Guess not. So when I pulled out of the parking lot, I honked, as a way to say, yo, you're supposed to be open. I then pulled into the McDonald's parking lot to let my son us the RR there and we Went inside. While inside an employee tried to holler at my wife while she was trying to get our other son out to change his diaper. Once she got into our vehicle, a young man from inside Arby's came out to his truck, grabbed a crowbar and stared at my wife in our car. Then preceeded to go back inside. I mean I get being safe, but a crowbar, and locking the doors before close. Then staring at my wife with a crowbar in your hand. We were going to go back and get food in the drive through, but not after that. We just got food...
