We have been using the Culver's drive-through, in Battle Creek for the entire Covid period. Many times our order will be missing items that were ordered at the window. Culver's will indicate on each ticket all the items to give the customer. Since it's a drive thru, you aren't able to search through the bags to ensure everything is there, you trust them. But when home, you realize you were shorted items. Yesterday, 5/25, I decided to go into the opened lobby to make my order and explain, with my latest receipt, exactly what items were missing. Fred, the Manager told me there was nothing he can do. He told me to call the store the next time it happens. I left the store without ordering our customary dinners and Culver's lost another $28.30 because Fred was unable to address minimal items missed on our last order, (ketchup, cheese sauce, cocktail sauce, onion rings, blue cheese dressing and a salad). After thinking about the poor service I received from Fred, I decided to tell others of the poor service, which is why I waste my time writing this honest Review along with writing a few letters of dissatisfaction. It would have cost Fred nothing to replace those items missed and his failure resulted in a cloud over that Culver's and a bad example set for his surrounding employees who were witnesses. Very dissappointed in the bad service. The new Chick-fil-A that just opened down the road is probably stealing your best customer servers. This didn't...
Read moreI am giving this a rating of 5 stars because overall I had a decent experience… I was disappointed with a couple things. I didn’t get the pretzels that I paid $3.89 for which was a bit disappointing because that’s one of the main reasons why I went to Culver’s because they have really good pretzels. The other disappointment was I ordered chili cheese fries and they tasted really good but for some reason they put the paper that says Culver’s in the container that the fries are in and I didn’t realize it at first but I was eating the paper with my fries lol reminded me of when I was in school I use to eat my lined paper. Anyway yeah I feel that they should do away with the paper in the container because I threw away the ones toward the bottom Which was like half of them because I didn’t wanna eat the paper. But I give them 5 stars because this is my first time ever having any issues with my order and I’ve been coming here for over 10 years they like never mess up on anything so I understand we’re all human but yeah the food quality was 100% the taste smell temperature was 100% customer was very good too. Sorry for the rants and complaints just like to put my reviews out there so that things can improve I believe in continus...
Read moreBest start here is comparing it to probably it's biggest competitor: McDonald's. Thing is over the past few months McDonald's has gotten significantly more costly and food & service has remained the same. Culver's may only be marginally cheaper, but the service & food has long since been and remains better.
Seems to be a go-to spot, at least the BC location, for seniors, so you could say something about the atmosphere that that can potentially give any place. Not that it's a bad thing, but also not a good thing either. Neutral I'll call it, but also of note.
The menu is good enough but is clearly geared towards a burger heavy lineup. On average about 10-15 minutes after you order a server will bring you your tray and your good to go from there.
One of the big perks I've heard about this place from multiple people is that it's neither full on dine in or full on takeout. It's a nice sorta hybrid if you will of the two. Grab and go? Yup. Sit down and relax? Yup. Zip through the drive through? Yup. And that little bit of added versatility is a solid factor that brings people back, on top of of...
