The pizza is fine, the service needs serious work. After getting hung up on several times in the middle of an order due to a “bad connection” I decided to just go in the Battle ground location and ask if they were having some sort of phone problem, where I of course was told no . I asked for a managers number that was never given . The guy behind the counter developed an instant attitude and walked off to make phone calls behind the counter. I ordered and waited. Once my pizza was up and I went to get it, the young gal behind the counter with a black cap proclaimed “instead of contacting the manager that I should just go to another location “. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. I asked her if the manger thought if it would be a good idea to send business away and the first guy started yelling BYE , BYE , BYE ! The employees at that location need some serious lessons in common curtesy. By the way, the store had no one else in it and seemed very slow. Read moreThe girl answering the phone just said please hold and dropped me on hold. I was able to drive from hockinson into bg and still on hold. I got here there was like 3 people in the store and 3 employees. Same girl was still holding the phone when I walked in and just shined on the fact that I told her I was the on on hold. Very disorganized. Only one employee really seemed to be on the ball. Pretty bad tonight. Most nights they are on the ball. But complaining about closing the drive through instead of making pizza for those waiting is a bad look.
Gave them a weeks and went back. Placed an order online to be picked up at 515pm at 2pm. I get there and get lame excuses as to why it wasn’t done and I had to wait. Read moreI ordered my pizza online to get in the drive thru. When I got there drive thru was closed so I had to park and go in. It was 40 min after I ordered and well after pick up time. The workers were so rude. They finally acknowledged me and said my pizza was 4th in line. I said I had to leave to take my kid to soccer so I would need a refund and the girl at the counter told me no. She said they didn’t have a manager there and could not refund my money. She said that the manager would do it the next day and I would get an email. So the next day no email, no refund and when I call no answer. Now I will have to go back in and deal with this.
