Today we went here to eat dinner all u can eat wings now ill start with the issues it took about 9 mins to get a order started it took the cooks over 20 mins to get our order done so they can bring us food and the 2nd round was faster took 11 mins and 13 the 3rd round of orders note the timer started after the waitress took the order to the kitchen now they can be a little faster making orders but I don't know how much staff is back there cooking. Next the atmosphere is a typical sports area like you would guess as sports are every tv from foot ball to baseball they even had racing on the tvs but u cannot hear all of them just music on the speakers and that's it nothing about what was on the TV staff seem to be frustrated as one area keeps getting packed for 2 waiters and another area bearly being seated for 1 other waiter management needs to show equal seating to equal out the restaurant and keep the staff calm and adequate so they don't get stressed out In my observation u could see the look in the male staffs face as he only smiled as he went to a table and it disappeared as he walked away and could see he was stressed again could be due to staffing issues as seen in most places on the other hand I feel we lucked out tonight as this waitress we had even tho u could see she was not in the best of moods or seemed highly stressed she was able to keep a positive. Attitude on the floor as she came out with food to the time she got back towards the kitchen and was so friendly even going out her way to tell us about a better deal with the rewards to save money even tho we opted out of that deal she definitely was above and beyond with service and kept checking on us repeatedly as our orders got half way gone and got the next round started and served to us as our meal finished and on to the next this employee has definitely made us rethink this restaurant on another level and will absolutely be coming back in many places I have been to I usually look for the downside to places by area food quality and quickness but never have we been served so well that it made us rethink our decision on reviews all to the waitress we had if you go I'd definitely request a seating area of hers to give the community and the visitors that give this place a try thank you for a 97.6% great visit janessa we will be back to explore there location again as a customer instead of the local guide and restaurant...
Read moreEDIT- Management did reach out directly and was deeply concerned with my experience they refunded my full bill and were extremely apologetic, 10/10 response from the restaurant-EDIT Absolutely worst experience I've ever had, took an hour from when we ordered to get our food, when we finally did get our food none of us could eat any of it, my wife's boneless wings were literally charred black and covered in sauce they tasted like charcoal, mine and my brothers wings were completely dry and rock hard, my brothers wife's BLT didn't even have tomatoe on it, we did the endless appetizers thinking it would be a great deal and it would have been because at least the appetizers were good only issue with that is we couldn't get table service to save our lives no refills no more appetizers for an hour straight we were ignored completely even when trying to flag the waitress down, so when the waitress finally comes back and sees literally none of us ate she just says ill bring you boxes then that takes 20 minutes and I asked for the bill and that took another 20 minutes and then she never came back for us to take my card so I finally got aggravated enough and just left a wad of cash and un redeemed pull tabs on the table so I hope the liked the 50 dollar tip we were forced to give her since the whole restaurant seemed to want to ignore...
Read moreJust to clarify, the service has a low rating not because of the waitress we had, but because of a different waiter and the "supervisor" that clearly adores him.
So, what happened was our waitress served our food, and I said "thank you," and I had a little crack in my voice. Some other waiter walked by and heard me. Then he mocked me in a Mickey Mouse voice, and said "You're Welcome!" and zipped outta sight.
So rude, and he wasn't even serving us. I then asked for a supervisor, which was some insincere lady in a green shirt. She basically said because she knew him for 5 years, he would never do anything nasty to someone. So, it was her word against mine because she must love him or something. I then got the lead manager and told him everything. He finally had the decency to confront them and apologize to me. Sadly, never got to see him after that and I never even got offered a refund or anything to make up for it.
I like coming here, but I guess in this current phase of America, the customer is NEVER right and customer service reps can do whatever they want and be spoiled brats who give mediocre or terrible service. Our waitress was wonderful (keep doing what you're doing!), but this rando one needs to watch how he acts and what he says. It's not a grade school playground...
